I ordered a 3piece for $11.55 on 11/21/23 at 11:00am in drive thru & I'm trying to figure out as I was trying to to enjoy the ? breast(why in the hell there's a piece of HUMAN HAIR marinated under the FRIED chicken skin.Thank God I didn't eat that.Employees need to WEAR hairnets & be sanitary for now on when it comes to dealing with any customer food.I took a picture of it & I will be returning that ? to this restaurant that served it to me.I never had that experience before.

This location is the best around. The manager Angela is awesome!! She went above and beyond to take care of a major issue I had from my First and Last visit at the Warner Robins location! My experience here was fantastic.. The food was fresh, hot and the order was correct! The Warner Robins location didn't give me my food, but they kept my money!! It took almost 6 months to get anyone to get back to me to resolve the original issue (Sept 2023).. but today, it was resolved!! The manager Angela corrected everything and made everything right for us!! She threw in a couple extra items for the trouble too!! Thank you so much!If you want Church's Chicken, go here!!!! Best location in the area!!

The chicken was cooked too hard, the service was awful, we placed our order at the drive thru and the staff asked us to pull in the front of the store because the chicken wasn't ready and he would bring it out to us, we waited thirty minutes and he never brought the food out, went inside, he said he forgot about bringing the food out, the okra made me sick. I will not be visiting this location again. They did not put any love in their food.

Church's fried chicken is my favorite! The chicken I just purchased was not seasoned! It's like the seasoning was totally omitted! I have never had bad chicken from any Church's franchise. I hope this was an isolated incident. I will probably try it one more time!
