i came nd ordered a large drink upon me getting my drink my cut hit the nozzle that the drink comes out and its falls in my cup but thing is the drink nozzle is full of mold and i def wont be coming back glad i heard when it came off this is beyong nasty and not safe others so just think if its mold build up on this then its no telling whats coming out in thr drinks

The owner fazal shed is very disrespectful and talk to his employees any type of way, I’ve watched him come from the gas station done wash his hands or put on gloves and began to fix food.. there roaches are crawling around this place has went down hill since the new owner and his brothers have came. This place need to be shut down

We ordered the 10 piece tender family meal, were informed that they no longer offer that. So we order the closest thing they have that still offers all the same food we want, just costs a little more. We order tenders, three sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and then three order of mac n cheese, which includes 5 biscuits. An order of jalapeño poppers and half a gallon of sweet tea. We were told they didnt have enough sweet tea, so we dropped that. They immediately handed us our order and we asked if it was everything, they confirmed, asked about the biscuits especially, they confirmed. Get home we got chicken legs, breasts and wings. Not tenders. No biscuits and No jalapeño poppers. The only part of our order they got right was the sides. We spent over $40 for chicken we didnt want, biscuits we didnt get, a missing item and the sides being the only correct part of our order. I’m usually not the person to write reviews but after being told what we could and could not get, asked for our order to be confirmed and it was, they asked us to submit a good review!! Absolutely not, not when THIS was my service!

I had 2 bites.. the food is terrible. i actually just toss outside to the neighborhood cats and dogs... the chicken was rushed it clearly wasn't cooked throughly you can see the chicken shining!! Also, those biscuits are not only hard, but they are burnt, crunchy, and dry!! They didn't put honey on the actual biscuits but instead gave me a side of honey. LOL..the best thing was the fries, and they were not that good, very disappointed, and won't return to that location!
EDIT: I returned the following day to the location ONLY to get a refund. I asked to speak to the manager, and he was nowhere on site, so one of the employees had given him a call. In the middle of their conversation, when the employee was explaining what i was saying and that i want refund he asked to speak to with me and tried to tell me that I couldn't get a refund because I didn't come back with the food when they were closing within 30 mins once i got back home... he was like the chicken was fine and telling me to come back in the morning blah blah blah like I literally had to get loud and out of character in order to get refunded *another manager told them to just give it to me in cash** they need new management team in order or this location needs to be closed down terrible customer service!!

Usually, when I go to churches chicken, I don't have a long wait, but because the drive-thru intercom was off, the line was long, and people were driving off. Looks like it's under new management. They probably won't make it in that business.

Idk what they got going on. I went in there the lights were turned off from the switch, they said they were trying to keep the flies out ?♀️ the monitors don't work the chicken is dry most of the time, no flavor no juice. Nothing like the churches we all know and love. It is very hit or miss with more misses
