Excellent ice cream with a lot of choices for add ins. Couldn't find a spoon of ice cream without chocolate in the Chocolate Devotion. Place is clean and the manager was friendly and helpful.

Price is a little high however got about a 1/2 gallon coffee ice cream with 6 toppings. Expected more of a coffee taste but still very good, the quality was very good. Price is a bit high but maybe for a special day I think it's good enough you, your guests would not be disappointed.

I am an rewards member with cold stone. In my rewards I have a BOGO. Shows up in my app under the rewards tab. Go in the lady at the register wouldn't give it to me. Drove over 25 mins. Customer service is dead America!

I had an issue with my order and they were so kind and apologetic which is rare now and days. You can tell it was very sincere. Good customer service. Hard working people so please be kind. Good price and very good ice cream and ice cream cake! Highly recommend.

Great ice cream creations and friendly service. Nice reward program too. My mom enjoys taking my teen boys here for Friday afternoon treats.

We had a date night and decided to stop and get some ice cream after dinner. On first impression, the tables were dirty, which we had to clean. They only had 2 workers, so I'll hope that they were just busy with it being the two of them. I ordered a waffle cone with vanilla and chocolate chips mixed in. My husband ordered a dish of ice cream with Oreo and sprinkles mixed in. The ice cream was really good, but I wish they would have put more mix-ins in the ice cream. It was sparse for both of us. I would still come back again because of the good ice cream!

Showed up at 8:45, door was locked. Guess they don't close at 9:00pm. Employees just stared at us through the glass.
