We had a date night and decided to stop and get some ice cream after dinner. On first impression, the tables were dirty, which we had to clean. They only had 2 workers, so I'll hope that they were just busy with it being the two of them. I ordered a waffle cone with vanilla and chocolate chips mixed in. My husband ordered a dish of ice cream with Oreo and sprinkles mixed in. The ice cream was really good, but I wish they would have put more mix-ins in the ice cream. It was sparse for both of us. I would still come back again because of the good ice cream!

Showed up at 8:45, door was locked. Guess they don't close at 9:00pm. Employees just stared at us through the glass.

This is by far the worst Cold Stone I have EVER been to. The lack off up to par training is flat out ridiculous. I purchased and "Everybody's" Founder's Favorite. The ice cream, itself, was good, because it''s Cold Stone. It'll taste the same regardless of where you get it..But the preparation and execution here...AWFUL. First of all, the mix was the worst I've ever seen. She literally just balled all of my toppings into the center of the ice cream, absolutely NO quality mixing of my ingredients. She also gave me the smallest amount of chocolate and Caramel, DEFINITELY not comparable to the size of an "Everybody's" helping. And then told me it would cost an additional .79 for more. Which is insane considering their squeezes are at the discretion of who's making it, and not a set amount. It's pretty much a rip off at this location. I'm assuming it's because this is a new location, but they definitely need to get it together. There's no need to nickle and dime when you're charging premium prices and people are paying it. That's how you lose customers

My recent trip to Cold Stone Creamery for dessert was absolutely awesome! We ordered the Chocolate Devotion and the Strawberry Blonde in the smallest cups, with a waffle cone. The way they add the toppings onto the ice cream of your choice results in a perfect texture and taste combination. I can’t wait to explore other flavors on their menu during my next visit. A great place for indulging in delightful ice cream treats! The chocolate devotion has chocolate toppings inside and marshmallow with the brownie inside. It was awesome for those who are looking for sweet dessert.

So good! Customer service was great and the young lady was very patient with me while I worked on trying to figure out what my toddler wanted. Definitely my new ice cream spot.
