This is by far the worst Cold Stone I have EVER been to. The lack off up to par training is flat out ridiculous. I purchased and "Everybody's" Founder's Favorite. The ice cream, itself, was good, because it''s Cold Stone. It'll taste the same regardless of where you get it..But the preparation and execution here...AWFUL. First of all, the mix was the worst I've ever seen. She literally just balled all of my toppings into the center of the ice cream, absolutely NO quality mixing of my ingredients. She also gave me the smallest amount of chocolate and Caramel, DEFINITELY not comparable to the size of an "Everybody's" helping. And then told me it would cost an additional .79 for more. Which is insane considering their squeezes are at the discretion of who's making it, and not a set amount. It's pretty much a rip off at this location. I'm assuming it's because this is a new location, but they definitely need to get it together. There's no need to nickle and dime when you're charging premium prices and people are paying it. That's how you lose customers

The staff is very friendly. However they speak no English so ordering is extremely difficult in a addon heavy menu. You’re probably going to get what they hope you want. I felt like I was stressing them out trying to order and didn’t have the time to point and thumbs up each item for 4 orders. I can’t stress how sweet they were but the language barrier is going to be time heavy and complex to overcome. Can’t speak to quality since I couldn’t complete the order.
