Nice clean updated indoor dining room. The shakes are the bomb. The chicken sandwich is really good and the price for what you get is crazy cheap. I got the chicken burger and added bacon, a corndog, fries and a shake it was around 10$. Crazy!!! The guy at the front was so nice. The food came out fast. Get the peanut butter fudge shake. Yum!

Went through the drive threw and got the 2 tray combo. Double hamburger with cheese bites and a bacon wrap. The food was great. I stopped going to this location and while ago because the service was bad and the employees were rude. I might have to start going back. Jasmine was the cashier and she was very friendly. Overall it was a good experience

Entire experience was Customer Service Focused. Staff were extremely efficient, comfortable, communicated well. And to the extra time to make sure my family felt heard and served.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly food options and comfortable booths with adequate restroom facilities.
I did the platter. I had double burger that was absolutely delicious. It came with 2 sides and I chose the hushpuppies and onion rings. The hushpuppies were really good and the onion rings were made with real onions. Lastly it came with a softdrink but I upgraded to a milkshake which has 40 different ones to choose one. They are so thick it comes with a spoon and stew. The price is extremely reasonable. The platter was $6.99 and the upgrade for that fantastic milkshake was only a $1.60 more. Well worth the stop.

We came in after a Mercer football game for milkshakes and the staff was AWESOME! The milkshakes were good but the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It’s so refreshing to see great customer service, especially at 10:00 on a Saturday night. Great job, team!!!

On 9/27, our family stopped by Cook Out with a long, complicated order and our drive-thru cashier Tarell (probably not spelled correctly) gave excellent service. Not only was she patient and kind, she took time to help us figure out what we needed and had a great attitude. We are food service workers with a combined 30 years of experience, and game recognize game. This woman deserves a raise or at least commendation! She has management potential if she isn’t one already. We will go out of the way to visit this Cook Out because of the positive experience.
Food was sufficient for late night, when everything else is closed. And price and amount reflects your lack of choices. The only game in town at late hours skimpy on sides and shakes seem to be less shake and more frozen fruit and syrup. Employees seem pleasant and respectful and accommodating.
