My order was wrong I asked for cheese and when I asked the lady to fix it she had an attitude. I’m pregnant so I need a well done burger but didn’t want to ask for another change because of the attitude I got additionally it was 10 fries when I asked for double fries.

While the girl who always says my pleasure has amazing service and attentiveness it is NOT the same with everyone else. There have been multiple times lately that the other girls have blurted out my total before I’m even done ordering! And they claim they can’t hear the speaker once they turn their headset off. Not the same system as the Chick Fil A I work at, they need to fix their headset system to hear people still or teach their workers to ask “is that all for you?” I understand they need to be quick but they need to ask multiple times if that is all and wait til the answer is yes to say the total. Food is great but because of these incidents and confusion ordering we will not be back to this location.

The fries were hard. We didn't receive the shake until we were ready to leave. There were no napkins given until you asked for them. Not a place that I will return to. The shake was pretty good though.

This location was the best CookOut I have been to. Solely because of the cashier Tyrell (or Terrell)! This woman does not get enough praise! I have never met a more friendly and happy person at their job. She gave excellent service and went above and beyond to make my day enjoyable. You cannot teach the type of personality and charisma this woman brings to the workplace. I will definitely be returning. Cook Out, you need to move her to corporate asap!
Went in the drive thru to order and while I was at the window asking for some extra napkins and sauce I had the window closed in my face both times I tried asking and when I was handed my food I finally got to ask for the sauce and they didn’t say sure or of course or anything instead all I got was a nasty look and an eye roll very disrespectful and ruined my experience with the restaurant

The staff at drive through was very rude. I pulled up and a guy asked what I would like to order, so I told them then a woman came on the intercom and asked what I would like to order. After I ordered she ask what I would like to order… so I repeated a little louder and then she responded for me not to yell at her. I assured them I was not yelling but that I was concerned they were having intercom problems. After that there was no response so I drove off. Very unprofessional..

Driving back home to Tampa at lunch on Monday October 6th I wanted to get another Cook Out experience before leaving Georgia. I needed to stop and get gas so this particular location happened to be it.
The cashier’s smile & kindness were very engaging. The food was prompt and delicious. During my meal, the general manager, Tommy stopped by to check on my experience.
All of these things deserved an Enthusiastic and very complementary review.
