Had never heard of this place, the front desk attendant at the hotel we are staying in recommended cook out. The food was amazing!!! Everything we tried was delicious! Will definitely come back

My friend ordered a Banana pudding milkshake she tried to talk to the people who were in charge they was down right rude to she me personally wo never go to Cook out ever again.
Slow and wrong food a lot, gave my gf a milkshake she was allergic to with no apology and an attitude

I've been here twice through the drive-thru. Could not hear the person and they caught attitude both times. Didn't make any additional selections. Didn't have a good attitude. Definitely when I'm on my route driving through I'm not stopping by here

My mother and I walked inside of the restaurant and we were not greeted or serviced. Two people saw us walk in and made eye contact with us and blatantly ignored us. we were never serviced so we just walked out. We waited for atleast 15 minutes. They were not busy at all. There was one car in the drive thru and no body else inside.
Tried to dine in at this location at 10:30 P.M. but the dining room closes at 9:30. Which is fine, but why did the employees turn my husband and I away but allow a large group of their friends inside to dine in at 10:30? The door was locked and an employee signaled "we are closed" so we got in our car and went to the drive through line where we witnessed the employees let a bunch of teenagers inside. Unacceptable.
