Missing items, significantly undercooked fries and not answering their phone. This location used to be really good (we'd drive further for this one) but it's been going downhill for the last 6 months. This location seems to be out of items regularly as well.
UPDATE! We tried eating here again. Big mistake!!! We will NEVER be back! They shorted us, lied about it, then said they had to cut costs! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! (I have video of employee cussing and swearing and carrying on having a fit when we caught her in a big ol lie) And interestingly, they don't have the contact info for the owner.

Horridly understaffed, came on a roadtrip excited for ice cream and the machines were broken so no milkshakes or anything like that. Get the $7 meal deal and ask for fries or chicken strips as a substitute for the sundae we couldnāt receive and the guy looks at us and goes āweāre not gonna play the swap gameā and puts āvanilla sundae do not makeā on our receipt.
Finally there was only one guy in the kitchen, trash overflowing from every can, no cup lips, no ice cream cakes, greasy slick floors, and all round neglect.
Will not pass through this place ever again

Workers moved so slowly I was surprised when we actually got our order after 20 minutes. Locked us in because we were there near closing and had to unlock the doors to get out.
Service was great, but the chicken strips tasted old and reheated.
