Over the past few months this Dairy Queen NEVER has ice cream. We and my in laws have gone over 6 times in the past two months and have yet to be able to get ice cream…at a Dairy Queen! My husband also went a couple weeks ago and they were out of burgers. Obviously their management is in desperate need of a shake up because a fair queen should be able to serve ice cream if nothing else

Went to Dairy Queen on Hartley Bridge Rd my sister ordered a hamburger with only ketchup, mayonnaise and pickles. She stated 3 times no cheese please. Well guess what it had cheese. I took it back and was told by the cook we ordered a cheese burger. I showed them thee receipt and he still told me we ordered a cheeseburger

Never will spend my money at this location. All our ice was melted. But the kids want ice cream so bad that I don’t even have the option to think about returning my ice cream. Never in my entire life have a melted ice cream at DQ! Very upset and disappointed! I asked the employee but she said it’s the machine.

We came in earlier this afternoon and I think it was Sierra, the name tag was faded, was a gem! She smiled the whole transaction and made me feel welcomed. We went with the Superman blizzard by recommendation. My socks? GONE!

We will be returning for that peach of a cashier

It doesn’t matter what time of day it is it can be one person or 12 in the drive way they will take there time this is the worst Dairy Queen in Macon everyone knows that

Went to eat at Dairy Queen on Hartley Bridge road in Macon, Ga Friday afternoon at 6 pm and the dining room was close.

Came at 9:20 to get just two small blizzards and a small strawberry sunda only one person ahead of me had to wait 30 minutes in line get up to the window still haven't made my ice cream they made me wait 6 minutes while they're in there playing around I was watching them a young white boy young after American girl and another young African American guy playing around just jumping around no manager at all

Got my food, took it home, and was eating. When i dumped out my fries there were mouse droppings in the fries. I tried calling over to the store the day of- no answer. Called today multiple times, and still no answer.

Just everyone check your food before leaving.

I really hate to say it, but this location has gone downhill ☹️ the last 3 times my family and I went, we received burnt and inedible food. We got the new backyard bacon ranch signature stackburger and it had the tinest amount of ranch on it. The bacon was burnt and the patties were dry and stale. I think this is the last time I will order from this location. We just end up wasting our money because the food is not edible. What really upsets me is that a couple years ago this specific DQ was one of the only decent places to eat on Hartley Bridge Road.

I came as a dasher tonight and have been waiting 20 minutes for an order while 2 walk in customers have received their orders after I had arrived..this is absolutely ridiculous. It's always a waste of time ordering from here or coming here to pick up an order. Door dash needs to remove them from their app

The service is horrible. Too many young people operating the business. Poor management because it is the responsibility of management to train associates to have a sense of urgency.

Went in last night about 9:30 and had a complex ice cream order. The service could not have been any better!!!!! The staff and manager were absolutely fantastic!!!!!! They are always really busy at this location. For the staff to hold it together and have polite conversations and smiles while under pressure is great customer service!!!?
