The service is horrible. Too many young people operating the business. Poor management because it is the responsibility of management to train associates to have a sense of urgency.

Went in last night about 9:30 and had a complex ice cream order. The service could not have been any better!!!!! The staff and manager were absolutely fantastic!!!!!! They are always really busy at this location. For the staff to hold it together and have polite conversations and smiles while under pressure is great customer service!!!?

Holley Farm Rescue

Absolutely the worst Dairy Queen in the world we walked in at 10:02 am because it stated they were opening at that time and we assumed because the door was open that this meant they were open for business was a lady in the back we spoke and she said we are not open why are you in here we said the door was open and sign said you open at 10am she said well we aren't open i asked could we wait since we were there we had been craving some Dairy Queen she said no telling when that will be just me here by myself and turned and left us standing there we left and went somewhere else and will never set another foot in a Dairy Queen again already to expensive for the amount you get anyway and to be treated as such no thank you

They don't have the Misty slushies. Not that they're out, or the machine is broke. This location just doesn't sell them. There is a paper sign on the drive thru menu board that has been there for a while. Go into the QT instead. Got a large, was 85 cents. Done!

if I could give negative stars I would, they have absolute Neanderthals working this place. I should not have to wait 40 minutes for ice cream. It wouldn’t have been as bad if the person working the drive thru had expressed a single fragment of customer service. Not once did she apologize for the wait, give an update or acknowledge me in any way except to IMMEDIATELY take my money. she sat there drinking her drink and ignoring me for 40 minutes. Then she had the audacity to be upset with me for being upset. I was so patient and willing to be kind but to be treated as an inconvenience for a service I am paying for is uncalled for. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on others especially those of us who actually treat service workers with respect.

Sooooo never go here at anytime of the day esp night. I can’t imagine the skills of the managers that work here. I got in the drive thru tonight at 8:55 I left the drive thru at 9:50. Pretty ridiculous for a so called fast food company. I & my fiancé ordered chicken tenders baskets fresh. You would think sitting in the drive thru for an hour everyones food would be fresh because what else would you be waiting for. We finally got to the window instead of being greeted with hello goodnight . We were asked “ what did you get” we were like what? So we told the girl at the window. They told me last min they didn’t have apple juice , after no having any of my 3 first picks . My fiancé asked again at the window was the food going to be fresh and she said she didn’t know but she could ask. She never responded just ended up handing us our food. No one apologized for the wait. They had music playing in the background & it seemed like nobody moved like customers were in drive thru. No sense of urgency. This place constantly move like snails or slower this isn’t my first timing visiting & I’ve had it with them. This was my last hour giving them ever. Learn from me & my soggy fries & old tenders.

I would give this a 0 if I could because it sure doesn’t even deserve this 1 star it’s getting at this moment. This is the absolute worst $31 I’ve spent on ice cream for my family and I. First, we waited a good while for them to hand them over, 2nd when they gave us the order, most of the ice cream was melted. Literally, the banana splits was basically like soup. Unacceptable!!!!! Beware coming here folks!! We were gonna go in an complain for them to redo them but knowing how folks are these days, you have to worry about the folks in the back doing the unthinkable and if you know what I’m saying then you know. This place will never receive our business again. Poor service , poor quantity! Even the sundaes were supposed to be medium, they were less than small. Barely any topping on top and none on bottom, absolutely NONE!

Terrible service. It probably isnt the employees fault but every single time i go here (I have been going almost every week for the last few months) there are new people working here. You get plenty of time to sit and study each employee while they confusingly run around trying to figure out what to do. This place seems to have some serious management problem.

thank you dairy queen for saving father's day and making me a cake at the last minute. unfortunately they had freezer problems but that didn't stop them from doing a great job and getting me a cake in time. thanks to Chris and his staff
