The facility was clean and the display counter had a variety of items to choose. I only wanted red velvet. Red velvet is my favorite and I base bakeries on that.I judge off of price, size of item, appearance, flavor, texture, and consistency of frosting.The cake slice was small compared to other bakeries for a $5 slice. The color was a vibrant red. The ratio of frosting to cake was good. The cake part had a sweetness to it, but the cake could've been a little more moist.. The frosting consistency was smooth and not too sweet (which I like).The owner thanked me for coming.
