I walked in to this dominos on 3/6 with my family and was instantly greeted with with frustration from the worker because she said she is trying to make the food but has to keep buzzing people in. I instantly asked why was she so hostile as a customer I didn’t appreciate her attitude. Another lady was also there and ended up getting a refund. I proceeded to stay calm and wait for my order.
I attempted to go back to the same location today 3/8 hoping for a better experience but was met with the same attitude. I ask the lady if she was having a matter day and she proceeds to say “It Depends” so I asked her what do you mean it depends and she stated “ I match energy” I then proceeded to ask if the man I saw earlier at the register was her boss and she answered yes.
I the told the manager about the situation on 3/6 and his response was that they can’t get anyone in there to work, himself and her are the only ones working. You could tell than although he was listening to me he did not really care about my concerns with how the store is being ran.
Overall, the experience was horrible, the attitude of both general manager and the pizza maker/assistant manger was disappointing. This building is only 5mins from my house now I will be going to another Dominos. The Owners really need to show up to this dominos and help them with their customer service and get staffed appropriately to better serve the community.
Last but not least they are cheap with the toppings. I got extra bacon on one of my pizza and watched the girl add it and she was so cheap I had to ask for more which Ofcourse she had a problem with stating “ I only have to use one hand full for any amount of toppings. If I get extra I’m expecting 2 scoops of that topping. The chicken pizza that I got had like 1 piece of chicken on each slice. Just cheap! I will not be coming back unless changes happen.

Coldest delivery i’ve ever had. Undercooked toppings aren’t distributed properly. Never again. I live only 5 minutes away and my pizza is ice cold. I could’ve made frozen pizza better than this. Took almost 2 hours after ordering to receive this btw.

I ordered online, and paid in full. My son picked up the order, and they told him I never ordered a 2 liter Coke, and made him pay AGAIN for the Coke.
I ordered a MeatZZa, without Italian sausage. It was loaded with Italian sausage, and wasn't fully cooked. Raw dough in the middle, and the pizza was cold. When I tried to lift a piece, it totally fell apart from being so raw.
I ordered a Spinach and Feta pizza with chicken, tomatoes and mushrooms. I received a pizza with marinara sauce, no spinach, and no feta cheese.
I've been trying to call the store, and nobody will answer the phone. The one time they did pick up, they immediately hung up on me before I could even say anything. I'm on my 3rd call with them, and I've been on hold this time for going on 10 minutes.
I spent $45 on my order and received total crap!

Got my order two hours later, cold and left on my porch. Luckily I heard his car but I was thinking I was about to meet him walking up to my door but I saw this white boy in a burgundy suv yelling its on the porch as he sped off. I have cameras so I know he didn't ring the bell he just dropped it off. When I pickup up the box I new my food was bad because the box was cold with no sign of heat. I will NEVER order from here again
I ordered pizza 45 minutes ago and the pizza tracker only shows it’s been in quality check for over 10 minutes so I called and I was told they only have one delivery driver smh I specifically ordered so that I could eat before work but the way it’s looking my food isn’t gonna be here by then!! I wish it was was some way online that said we have only one driver I would’ve ordered pizza somewhere else!! I’m pissed 😡

I walked in and ordered 1 medium pizza. I was charged 15 dollars and tipped two dollars. After I spent that much money, I realized that was really expensive for one medium pizza. When I asked, the person working laughed about how I could have ordered two medium pizzas cheaper or a large for half the price. What a slap to the face with disrespect. Didn't even offer to change it up for me or give me a refund. Just pretty much said sucks to suck. We'll sucks to suck to get another 1 star review .

I always order from New Street Dominos. The General Manager Kyle and his staff especially Shay always do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for pizza etc.!!
