I placed an order in 03/22/25,paid and tipped online. When the delivery driver arrived, my daughter stated that he walked into my home like he was waiting on a tip. My daughter was confused because he was looking around and standing in my living room with my in-laws. Sir, you were tipped so I am having trouble understanding why you felt the need to walk in. My daughter didn't know the food was paid for and a tip was provided so she was alarmed and confused. I don't know how you all train your staff but this is unprofessional. I will be calling corporate. You should have just handed my daughter the food and pulled off. My husband is livid and understandably so.

Ordered a pizza HOURS before needing to be delivered and the pizza was an hour late from time specified needing it by. So we had toddlers sitting at a table for a Valentine’s Day party at daycare without their pizza. Tried calling the store and good luck even getting somebody on the phone and when we finally did, she could have absolutely cared less.

Vegetarian options: They have a wonderful veggie pizza or salad or tatertots or sweets for vegetarians
Parking: Small parking lot but the food is worth it
Kid-friendliness: Delivery and carry out is kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: A small parking lot and store no ramp for sidewalk for wheelchair people who are it a wheelchair should order delivery if they care too buy the food there delivery and food is wonderful they do mine so wonderful

I am done with Dominos; I truly hate it because I like the pizza, but this is the 2nd bad experience in a row. This is how my $30 pizza came delivered to my house. As you can see it is burned, and there are hardly any toppings. To make things worse, I called the local number to report the situation in hopes of a re-do, but I never got through to a person (2nd photo). I had to get in my car and drive to the store to show them what my pizza looked like. They said the phone system doesn’t work (wonder if that has been reported to the corporate office). I asked for a refund, and they told me that it would take 15 days, and they would be happy to remake it, so here I sit waiting for the re-do. They also told me that the problem is that I asked for light sauce, so the pizza burns when there is light sauce. I wonder if this has been discussed with corporate as well…. I would think that a refund would have been offered for my troubles, but that hasn’t been the case… the whole experience has been disappointing!

On a work trip. Ordered a medium pizza with extra sauce. Picked it up. I was back to my hotel before I bothered opening the box. Specifying "extra sauce" ended up being "nearly no sauce at all." It was stale and lifeless. I love Domino's. But this location is terrible. It should also be noted that they somehow ran two identical orders on my credit card but only gave me one pizza.

Pizza order was 3 hours late. They charged our card twice, but did refund one. After two different phone calls and waiting three hours we were told to enjoy our free pizzas. They did not discount or anything for the extremely long wait, or the rude attitude of the staff when we called. The only positive was Daniel, who was very helpful. Everything else was negative. We will never order from this store again.

Then when told about the order the person on the phone stayed quiet for a good minute and finally told us that they were out of the things we ordered. Why weren't we told thatwhen we received it so we could have been compensated? Also the last time we got something from they were out of the salads then and we never got compensated for that either. The person on the phone was very rude and didn't like us complaining about the food. The manager Bonnie, made our order and had 0 communication with it all. I don't know if I talked to her on the phone or not but I don't believe anyone should conduct business the way they have these past few times and I see from previous recent reviews we are not the only ones dealing with this. Never coming here again.

The staff makes poorly made pizza anytime it’s a large order. The order arrives cold & hard. When I called to store I supposedly spoke to 2 different managers, neither one took my complaint seriously. One, Kierra, was very rude & told me oh well & thanks for the order. The other told me next time to pre-order so when they are busy they won’t be rushed to prepare the pizza. This is not the 1st time I’ve had an issue with this store, but it will for sure be my last. Please reconsider spending your money here, the staff are very unprofessional & have absolutely no customer service.
