I been on hold for 20 minutes and they never answer and I got tired of waiting I had to go order somewhere else very bad service

Ordered. Order went thru. Sent me a delivery time and when it was leaving store. Guess within the 2 miles the store is located they couldn't deliver my food nor refund my order if they knew they weren't going go deliver it.

I have ordered pizza a few times from here. We always get the same thing. Pineapple on half. 8/10 they put pineapple on the whole thing. Had a bad day today and this was just really disappointing. I'm going to start ordering from papa John's.

07/12/24 My co-workers and I ordered pizza, wings, and garlic knots. The chicken wings were messy. They didn't put bar-b-q sauce on the wings right. This was the Domino's out Hartley Bridge. In

The way these people treat their employees is bad enough, but speaking as someone who's worked on the inside of this place and personally witnessed food being spit in, all the managers and most of the drivers smoking pot and getting on the road, you should never order from here and it's an accident waiting to happen.

No one ever answers the phone... Perhaps phones are ancient technology and the workers lack the ability to operate the magical ringing box ?... It's cool though... My money would be better spent at Ingleside Pizza... Yes thank you for reminding me with your laziness that I was being lazy by not just going to Ingleside ?...Factor in the time there and back... This location just needs to be shut down. I placed an order online and after 45 minutes of the tracker saying “prep” I decided to spend 15 more minutes trying to call up there with no answer. Drove to the store to see why an order I placed an hour and a half ago was still being “prepped”. I was oh so welcomed by a tall gentlemen with glass who asked for the name and delivery address. He then stated he couldn’t find the order, after scrambling for a few seconds he then says he found it and they skipped over it. I told him I just wanted a refund for the order. He then proceeds to tell me they are now putting it in the oven now if I can just wait. I again told him I wanted to cancel the order unless they are going to provide a refund for the delivery charge and driver tip I paid for. He then says “it’s cancelled” and throws 3 receipts on the counter. 2 of which aren’t even mine and contain other peoples addresses and credit card information. COUNT YOUR DAYS!!
