Very rude employees! No customer service experience obviously! Who demands a tip before placing an order! Absolutely ridiculous! Would never ever recommend this dunks! Go somewhere else for your coffee!

I tried to make a food purchase at the store located at 1425 Bass Rd, Macon, GA 31210. I provided the associate with a QR code for the gift cards, but the first associate didn’t know what to do and said it was for reward points. I have a copy of the e-gift cards, and it didn’t mention anything about reward points. A second person came and told me to add the e-gift cards to my Dunkin' account. I did so and tried to make the purchase. They then said that it could only apply one gift card, not the other that I had added. I canceled the whole order because I didn’t understand why I wasn’t able to use all the gift cards. The associates were unprofessional and untrained. Later, I checked my account and noticed that my gift cards were either charged or canceled. This entire experience was unprofessional and disappointing, especially since this is a new location.

The lady at the register was rude and not friendly. As far as the food goes, the savory food tasted off ?….. the donuts were dry and almost stale tasting. If you want dunkin, take your time and go to a different location it’s worth it. The whole experience was just not good.

I'd order through the app but then the staff just leaves your food out in public for others to fondle since it's mostly not labeled.

You've gone way down hill.

Seems to be an escalating problem. At all the Dunkins around middle Georgia.

Maybe customers are just an inconvenience.

It's pumpkin season. One of my favorite treats is to get/share a box of pumpkin spice and chocolate Munchkins. I experienced an omen as I walked into the door of the Bass Road store to overhear the employees openly complaining about the drive thru customers, "they are getting on my nerves." Not a great start but ok. I ordered my Munchkins with a request of "a mix of pumpkin spice and chocolate cake". As I received my order I confirmed, "it's pumpkin spice and chocolate cake right?" The attendant said "yes, but I added a couple of glazed on top." Not what I asked but fine; until I got home. It was a full assortment.

There appears to not just be a propensity for making mistakes (as other reviews have suggested); rather, it's a blatant disregard for their customers. If you don't like what you are doing and who you are doing it for - find something else to do. But don't complain, override, and lie from a poor spirit.

As it is I won't go back to this particular store until I am certain they've fixed the serious problems that currently exist there.

ordered 4 donuts and received 3. Always double check bag. The girl clearly was way into the conversation she was having that she just kept yelling as she opened the window to serve the food. Then the Donuts SUCKED!!! JUST HORRIBLE. I've been wanting a donut for two weeks and today I went...DONT MEET YOUR HERO AND SAVE YOUR SEVEN DOLLARS. #stayblessed

Let me tell you, I absolutely love Dunkin’. I’ve been to this location twice and tonight was my 3rd. Whoever from this location reads this review or higher management, I want you to remember this day 8/1/24 and go back to your last workers you had on the schedule for my tonight’s order. The 2 girls working there were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. We weren’t greeted, weren’t told be right with you, weren’t asked how can I help you. NOTHING! The look on this one’s particular face was in absolute disgust. For this business to be in the location that it’s at, Dunkin’ hire better staff before you lose this business in its busy location.

I normally order coffee here but I tried matcha latte today and it taste horrible and doesn’t look like it’s mix well. The powder are stuck at the bottom. So dissapointed but some of the staff are nice
