They make my coffee wrong so often- I often wonder if they’re doing it on purpose. It’s seriously almost every single time I go. Nice people but man they absolutely can’t or won’t follow very basic instructions. My coffee order is so easy & I never change it, yet, they just can’t get it right. If I order munchkins on top, they’re often wrong as well. I’ll order assorted & get all glazed. Also, I don’t know what they do differently here vs other dunkn stores but the coffee is incredibly weak at this location. Its noticeable. When I go to the WR Dunkn it’s got a serious kick, which is great. Bass Road Dunkn is almost like decaf. I always leave thinking I’ll never go there again but it’s so close to my house I just keep wasting my time and money hoping my coffee is right and has caffeine in it

Went here this morning got charged for strawberry cream cheese bagel and they gave me a plain bagel and burnt hash browns! I will continue going to the one on Forsyth rd

Your order will be incorrect 75% of the time. I swear. There’s 3 ingredients in my coffee.by the time you get to the window the order has been forgotten. What they hand over is usually incorrect. If you walk inside and notice the short Indian woman making your drink….. just go ahead and walk out. Your order will 100% be butchered if she’s making it.

The new employees are rude as their manager. They dont greet u or say Thank u before or after u get your drink. They also keep giving us the wrong order. Miss the old nice employees they have.

We come here DAILY, sometimes more. In the past two months all easy drinks are being made wrong. There's a new lady that doesn't know how to figure the cash register out or what comes in drinks or how they are made. Everyone is nice and trying to help, however after months of this we're giving up. Today we ordered two drinks. Both were made wrong. They had to take them back and fix them. Then two days ago we didn't even drink the drinks we got and tossed them not trusting what it was 😑

I ordered a large ice coffee that was barely filled to the top. I asked for it to be topped off and they just added more ice with a side of attitude smh. Sorry for asking what I paid for.
