My husband, son and I went to Dunkin' Donuts on Bass Rd. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and hot. I really like this location. The staff were very friendly and professional.

(Bass Road) The two young ladies that work in there do the bare minimum and when they make a coffee incorrectly, they literally pour it in another cup and give it right back to you! This has happened on more than one occasion. I thought I would give them the benefit of a doubt and try one more time but nope! Same treatment! And It is not even worth arguing with them about it, I will go elsewhere. Ex: I ordered an XL regular brew hot, They proceeded to give me a large. I corrected them and told them it should’ve been an extra large and they turned around and poured it in an extra large cup and gave me the same damn coffee! Over it!

I am so very disappointed in my local Dunkin (Bass Road)! I had FINALLY saved up enough Dunkin Rewards points for a free expresso beverage. I was driving and my 15 year old son was riding in the back. I offered him my free beverage. He accepted and asked for a Lg Cocoa Mocha Latte. I handed him my phone so he could place an order on the app. He accidentally ordered a medium latte instead of a large. When we arrived at the Dunkin location, I asked if we could cancel or back out that order and get a large and the staff member told me no. She offered no solution whatsoever. I understand it was my son's error but I also know that if I would've been at Starbucks, they would have made a lg latte for us and done it with a smile. To add insult to injury, I asked if they offered pup cups because our corgi was with us. I was CHARGED .27 for a pup cup. I could go to ANY of the other coffee shops in Macon and I 100% would've been offered a free pup cup. I am DONE with Dunkin. It's such a shame.

Order 50ct munchins... always get 25. The drink they give me is not even drinkable. It's like you get yesterday's scalded coffee with whipped cream on top. Don't waste your money or time.

I WENT TO DUNKIN DONUTS TODAY, A PLACE THAT USED TO BE INCREDIBLE, FOLKS, REALLY THE BEST. I ORDERED A CARAMEL MACCHIATO — SHOULD HAVE BEEN FANTASTIC, SHOULD HAVE BEEN LUXURIOUS, BUT INSTEAD IT TASTED BURNT, LIKE THEY LEFT IT ON THE SUN FOR A WEEK. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. NOBODY MAKES COFFEE THIS BAD, BELIEVE ME. I’VE HAD COFFEE ALL OVER THE WORLD, THE GREATEST COFFEE, AND THIS WAS NOT IT. TOTAL DISASTER. VERY DISAPPOINTING. SAD! 🇺🇸

They make my coffee wrong so often- I often wonder if they’re doing it on purpose. It’s seriously almost every single time I go. Nice people but man they absolutely can’t or won’t follow very basic instructions. My coffee order is so easy & I never change it, yet, they just can’t get it right. If I order munchkins on top, they’re often wrong as well. I’ll order assorted & get all glazed. Also, I don’t know what they do differently here vs other dunkn stores but the coffee is incredibly weak at this location. Its noticeable. When I go to the WR Dunkn it’s got a serious kick, which is great. Bass Road Dunkn is almost like decaf. I always leave thinking I’ll never go there again but it’s so close to my house I just keep wasting my time and money hoping my coffee is right and has caffeine in it
