Everything is hit or miss here. Some days we have excellent service and good drinks, and other days we have terrible service and a $5 cappuccino that turned out to be nothing but foam. Go to Cathedral Chai if you want good service and coffee.
It’s pretty hit or miss with this location. Either their cold brew is too weak, they put too much ice when the ticket shows less ice, and when asked to fix it some of them seem to have an issue. . I go to the Forsyth rd location more often and I love the staff there. I love Dunkin but not this location.
