Everytime I come here I'm giving the wrong items. Depending on who serves you, a double chocolate and a bostom creme can be many different donuts. So now I'm stuck with donuts I don't want. Again. I usually get a apple fritter to save confusion, but sometimes you want chocolate and creme.

My order is rarely ever right. I order a hot chocolate and get straight coffee. How do you get coffee and hot chocolate confused? My drink was watery as hell and I had to throw it away because none of the employees know how to make drinks apparently??

I came back 2.5 hrs later, because the coffee my husband had ordered didn't taste good at all. My son was in the hospital and I couldn't leave him so I came back when I was able to. The older lady with the short hair cut was very rude. She asked me what was wrong with it and in the middle of my sentence she cut me off and said hold on. Then the owner came out and said I couldn't get a gift card for my drink, and I had to get the same one. I wanted something different but she said I had to pay for it. I agreed to just have the same one made. The same lady who was rude to me made the drink and it was good. Now she knew darn well the drink she made was mine. She called the order and placed it on the counter instead of handing it to me. That goes to show her customer service is horrible, and maybe she shouldn't be working with customers. This was the worst service I've ever had a dunkin donuts!!!!! What ever happend to making your customers happy and apologizing it didn't taste good!!??? That doesn't happend anymore. The service know a days is horrible and employees don't know how to speak to their customers. Very sad!

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. I watched multiple orders go to the drive-through over my order inside. It took about 20 minutes to actually receive my food, which was ultimately very good.

Man I went through the drive thru a young man saw me struggling with my bank app trying to pay I needed around 3 dollars and couldn’t load it this young boy paid it I was so grateful.i was able to unlock my card and about to pay he had told me he had paid it which I didn’t want him to do but I’m very grateful bc I was in a rush to the hospital his name I don’t know I passed around 8 and he had a head band . We need people like him

I had a horrible experience here a few months ago, but they got rid of some of the old hella rude staff and have some new faces. Changed up the place for the better. I enjoyed the HOT food they given me this time. It was delicious. The drinks are made efficiently and perfectly. If you're hesitant about visiting hesitate no more! This place is a great stop.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. Right outside the front door reeked of urine and vomit, with racks of old muffins and trash strewn about. I felt like I was in a zombie movie. What a dump.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced. They don’t have a working restroom!! Question…. How does your employee’s wash there hands. The breakfast sandwich they served me had crumbled bacon pieces. The hash rounds were soft and soggy.

On the app, I ordered the same iced coffee I always order. It tasted very different, bad different. I went back to the store and was told that it was prepared as I ordered it. I double checked to make sure I ordered it correctly. I did. I was told by employees that there is nothing they can do about it, that I would have to get a refund on tho app. I have reported the problem on the app. A case was created, and a representative will contact me in a couple of days. I ordered the same iced coffee I always order, they got it wrong, they insist it was correct, and it was not.
