Coffee is burnt again this morning, it was a toasted white choclate which is a signature drink. How do you burn it? I'm not a complainer normally and I have to get back to work so I usually taste it after it cools on my way back. If you're wondering why I didn't say anything.
Also the manager.....girl chill. You make the employees so agitated which throws off the whole vibe. And call out orders by the number on the receipt! Me and Bobby Sue could have gotten the same ham and Swiss and now she's leaving with my food. WHICH by the way, how you not gonna heat up food properly next to a hospital...cheese ain't never melted right. The employees there are good I will give them props, but if you don't know how to make a drink IM not yelling at you. I'd rather you take a min extra to get my special 'treat myself' morning coffee right.

Today I experienced the worst treatment that I’ve ever had in my whole life although I am a regular everyday customer to this Dunkin this will be my last time ever coming here , I ordered my son some loaded hashbrowns he stated to me they’re were cold and burnt he ate 3 out of a 9pc so I went back inside to ask for a remake and the manager began to scream and yell at another African American woman because she thought she was one who returned it them which in reality it was me and she had no idea what was going on so we looked at each other with confusion because she was shocked that the Hispanic wide female was yelling and causing a scene at 9:30 in the morning I then said I’ll just pay for a remake and she continued she yell meanwhile this all happened why I was in line ordering more food so think to yourself who really was at fault

The person taking my order in the drive thru seemed friendly enough but when I got to the window, there was no greeting or smile ... just an expressionless (I don't want to be here) look on her face! She thrust the bag in my face as I handed her my card then gave my card back with no receipt. The donuts were in the bag with no wrapping or napkins and all were stale!

I’ve been to this location several times with no problems. This morning, though, I had to correct the woman taking my order twice and they still got it wrong.

It was pretty good! The other customers complaining and yelling kind of messed up the vibe and made the environment hectic, so I felt a little bad for the workers. I think they did great accommodating my order.

The young lady didn't know what she was doing are just didn't care. I wanted half and half in my ice coffee she said the don't carry it. All the year's I been going y'all have half and half. My ice coffee so strong that I want my money back

I place an order online at 7:25 . 752 I’m still standing there waiting for my food. The young lady did not acknowledge me and I finally asked is my food ready and she shrugged her shoulder and went to the window, proceeded to help the people at the window, came back and asked me my name. I told her my name and she says it’s right here you should’ve looked.. The bag was sitting on the counter facing a different direction was not folded down as if it wasn’t prepare. The bag looked empty. The bag was not turned towards me with the name on it. It was leaning to the side, as if it was not even prepared for anyone to pick up. It looked like an empty bag. She asked me my name and .She hands me the bag and said you should’ve looked for it. You should’ve looked for it and then proceeded to cuss me and says F word. At this point, I got upset, and I snatched the bag out of her hand. That another young lady came out the back and asked what’s going on and I told her what’s going on and I told her I shouldn’t have to look over people food and drinks for my food. My food should’ve been properly folded with names turned towards me and place on the counter, so people can see. No one should be reaching out for other people drinks and food looking for their food. It’s unsanitary and if necessary, I’ll call the food inspector. I do not know the young ladies name she would not give it to me, but she worked this morning, July 5, 2025 @7:30 am.

Everytime I come here I'm giving the wrong items. Depending on who serves you, a double chocolate and a bostom creme can be many different donuts. So now I'm stuck with donuts I don't want. Again. I usually get a apple fritter to save confusion, but sometimes you want chocolate and creme.
