First I was given an ice coffee with NO CREAMER or sugar. I didn’t realize till I got back to the car that my hashbrowns were BURNT and cold!!! Like WHOOOOOOO tf would eat these?

Very clean store, fast service. Got my coffee after 1pm, I would have preferred for it to be fresh. 1st time visiting this location, next time I’ll offer to wait for a fresh pot. Donuts taste

I will never stop here again I go to get my usual frozen coffee and sandwich they discontinued all the holiday drinks so I ask what do yall have since everything I I named was discontinued she rudely ran off all the regular flavors in a rushing manner so I get my frozen coffee and she ask sugar and cream I knew it was wrong then so I get to the window and pay and they hand me a regular coffee not frozen I tell the guy it’s suppose to be frozen of course she said I didn’t tell her that but was talking over me the whole time to even hear it so he fixed it then give me a medium I asked for a large he tells me the medium is a large I’m a regular there I’m not dumb so I tell him it’s not a large he goes to fix it like now I’m at the point I don’t want it I will never stopThere ever again this was the last time.

They need a new attitude in the drive thru for sure and WAY TO EXPENSIVE TO EVEN GET A SMALL COFFEE AND DONUT FOR MY SON IT WAS 15 DOLLARS LIKE WOW PEOPLE THE DRINK WAS EVEN OFF IN THE FLAVORING AND TASTE KINDA OLD OR SOMETHING BUT MY SON HAD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIS STRAWBERRY SPRINKLE DONUT

I just got a hot coffee at the drive thru. The lid wasn't on, not even partially. It was just sitting on top. You know what this means? Hot coffee spilled all over me and my car. The person at the drive thru watched it happen and just stared at me. She didn't apologize, she didn't offer me any napkins, she didn't offer another lid...nothing. She just stared. If I wasn't wearing long sleeves (which are now stained with coffee), I could have been seriously burned. At least they're located near the hospital for anyone who gets burn wounds from the drive thru...
