This location is HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t advise going here. One employee on her break was conducting a loud and hostile phone call in the lobby where drama was playing out loud for all to hear creating an unpleasant environment. Employees behind the counter were loud and also creating an uncomfortable and awkward environment. I’ve been to this location several times and it’s plain to see that they don’t want to wait on customers. I’m sorry that my presence is inconvenient to the staff… I really feel they don’t deserve ANY stars. 👎👎👎

This Morning went to Dunkin.. Ordered a large Matcha.. the cup felt lite so I told them it wasn’t full it was more foam on the top.. so the manager at the window her employee rude.. so the girl takes the cup and leaves the lid so I sat it on the window.. so the girl just talking smack like I can’t hear her.. (never closed the window nor did the manager address her disrespectful tone..) so I asked for a refund and another worker was like would you like for me to make it I said sure manager gave me my receipt back and my phone and it’s even less than the first time.. I will be returning after this meeting to get my refund and that use to be my fav Dunkin in Macon..

They never get my order right. There has been a couple of times I have order but have not received all my food. The very last time I called in and was hung up on twice. Very unprofessional and once was the manager. What manager hangs up on a paying customer because you did not give me my full order. They all need to be fired and they need a new staff or close this location because this store is horrible. 0 stars!!!

My wife has gone here to grab a drink at the drive through window on September 9th 2025 at around 1pm. The attendant running it was very rude. My wife had asked for less ice and asked nicely, when handed her drink, if she could get ice taken out due to a lot of ice still in the drink. The attendant rudely snatched the drink out of my wife’s hand and came back with her drink 3/4 full instead of full and said with an attitude “Less Ice” and closed the window on my wife. This is just unacceptable and unnecessary. I get you have bad days but if this happened to you, how would you feel?
While the refresher drink was good, the food was horrible and very dissatisfying today. I ordered the ham Swiss croissant 🥐 stuffer which looked burnt and also ordered the loaded hash browns that looked burnt also, barely any bacon 🥓 on it and lord what happened to the cheese. I usually don’t order food from here just coffee or refreshers and maybe a donut or two. So I decided to order the food. Will never happen again!!!!

7:30am drive thru and the coffee roll is hard as a brick. I asked the employee to heat my coffee roll up and she refused claiming they are not allowed to do so. I have never had this issue at any other location from Savannah, GA to Charlotte, NC as I always stop to grab a cup of Dunkin and a roll but I will no long visit this location no matter the reason.
