7:30am drive thru and the coffee roll is hard as a brick. I asked the employee to heat my coffee roll up and she refused claiming they are not allowed to do so. I have never had this issue at any other location from Savannah, GA to Charlotte, NC as I always stop to grab a cup of Dunkin and a roll but I will no long visit this location no matter the reason.

I've tried this location 3 times, and each time, the frozen coffee was terrible. I'm not sure what they're doing wrong, but my coffee has never tasted like that at the Milledgeville location. I will not be returning.

Used to be my go to place every morning. Now you can’t go there without being harassed at 5 am in the morning by someone begging for money. Also. I pay for extra expresso online they always say they are out when I pick it up or try to tell me it’s in there. Either way I never get refunded my money back or credited to my next coffee. I stopped coming here and now I drive to the north side and pay 2.00 more at Starbucks, After spending 7.50 this morning on a coffee and cranberry juice I politely ask for a small cup of ice and get told by the manager it’s . 30 but it’s fine… (not rude)? I’m a manager so I get it if I was asking for something for free without buying- but I just bought a juice for 2.49 and a cup of ice for that juice is charged for. Small things like this in a world full of struggle could make or break you right now. From one manager to the next - sometimes you have to give back appreciation to the people who support you, people like me remember little things. ✌️

When I have gone to this dunkin they have always been kind but today my order was terrible. I ask for a large decafe mocha ex cream ex sugar i didn't taste any mocha andvi believe she just put cream ex cream because it was white coffee and bitter but I forgive her maybe she had a situation going on I'm not sure but whatever she messed my coffee up. Praying for her.

Came into the store this morning to buy 3 dozen donuts for my office as I do almost every week. The store was empty except for a few employees standing around. The woman at the counter refused to fill my order because she said that for more than 2 dozen donuts I would have to call the day before????? They had hundreds of donuts just sitting there! This is like 40 bucks worth of donuts they wouldn't sell me even if I was willing to wait! I went to a different Dunkin at the hospital and they filled my order no problem. Really annoyed, will never go there again.

Worst experience. The gentleman who took the order acts like he did not want to be at work zero customer service. I keep saying thank you over and over for him to change his attitude but he did not. Rudely says pick up down there. Then the lady cleaning the glass was just spraying that chemical all over the place my coffee tasted like chemicals. Please train your associates.
