Bought a chicken roasted pepper wrap 2 matcha with cookie butter and bagel minis got the matchas no cookie butter on them and the food was very cold went back and told them and they automatically offered a refund instead of resolving the issue they took the food warmed it up and came back to the window wiping there mouth like they ate some of our food this is a terrible experience whoever the man and women there around 4:25 on 11/14/25 need to be fired

1 star because negative stars is not an option. Stopped for coffee @ 1:58pm on Tuesday. Lady at drive-thru says order when you're ready. When I told her I was ready, I got no response. 3 tries later, she tells me to hold on. Several minutes later, she tells me to go ahead. I start placing my order, and she stops me and tells me to hold on. Another minute later, she says go ahead. I start with my order again. Once again, she tells me to hold on. She returns in another minute. I am now lucky? enough to finish my 2 drink order. I drive around to the pick-up window and see 1 lady working the inside counter and 2 ladies with long mops hanging down their backs to their hip pockets. 1 lady has turquoise corn rows, the other a huge braid. Both are flipping their hair with their bare hands as it falls into the drinks they are making. Another 5 minutes goes by, and the corn row turquoise hair lady comes to the wind and tells me $8.85. As I try to hand her my money, she turns her back to me and starts complaining about her job to the other 2 ladies. Another minute goes by, and she turns back to me and takes my $20 and makes change. I received a side show, disrespect, and luke warm latte!!WHAT A CIRCUS DUNKIN DOUNUTS!!! DO NOT STOP HERE PEOPLE!!

Came to this location today and the best breakfast I’ve had from a fast food place in a very long time everything was fresh. And the staff was also chill
No coconut donuts. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Hard to get in and out for breakfast.

I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar, they forgot the cream and sugar. I also ordered 2 off the everything bagel minis. Both orders were cold, not frozen, but not heated up. The worst Dunkin I have ever been to.
