This place is AWFUL. Every time I go something ends up being wrong. Or undercooked. The attitude is disgusting. Why Apply to a job you hate working??? They need to quit if a customer asking for a bag is a “problem”. Like it’s not totally awful to have standards. It’s 9:45 and the place wasn’t even busy so whats with the stress???? Id rather drive downtown for coffee at this point.

I Came at 9:20pm on Monday feb 10th 2025 as I was walking in. There was 2 women who was working that night. The smaller one was rudely yelling over and over again they was closed. I drove a good way to this location because it stated on google it close at 10pm. I would never step foot in this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. She has no customer service skills she should have never been hired she definitely needs to be retrained.

I ordered a strawberry coolata here today feb 5 about 9:00pm and I thought they gave me the wrong drink but it really was the strawberry coolata!! The reason being is that every other coolata I gotten it was melted so it looked different! Here it was super fresh and perfectly slushied I was shook it looked so good I was confused thinking it wasn’t my drink but it was. I just wanted to say sorry to the woman and gentleman in the drive through they were AA and they were so nice about it through drive through tried to call back and say sorry properly but they were busy. If the GM or the owner looks at reviews Please you guys have a wonderful staff and I am so sorry seriously.

This is the Tom Hill location. The workers don't seem too thrilled to be here, but after this crazy holiday, I don't blame them. This is the ONLY location that gets my drinks filled properly!

A month or two ago, I took part in the Grand Re-Opening promotion at this location. I was given a coupon book containing 4 coupons per month for the next 13 months for a free medium coffee each. My son and I went here the other day and tried to use 2 coupons. i.e., 1 per customer. When I pointed out that I had 2 coupons, I was told I could not use 2 coupons in 1 visit. I explained to them that the coupons' terms state "Limited one coupon per customer per visit." They insisted that the coupons are limited to "one per visit", thus leaving out the "per customer" language altogether. The lady at the window was about the most rude drive thru window worker I have ever encountered. You would be better off heading down to Starbucks a few storefronts down.

Extremely nice staff and very helpful with any questions or extra needs. The coffee and donuts are always consistently good and available. We came for coffee, donuts and hot chocolate the other day and they were all amazing when we got them.

This location and their employees are absolutely disgusting. A friend of mine visited this store a few days ago. He is Hispanic, and sometimes he struggles with his English. He was greeted with snotty, rude employees from the start. He began saying his order, and was cut off mid-sentence, as the employees were complaining it was too big of an order. He then pulled his phone out, as he had the order in a text message. The employees told him that was too much work for them, and unless he gave them TEN DOLLARS, they weren't going to take the order. Meanwhile, another lady waiting to order said how rude they were and ended up walking out. My friend gives them the 10 dollars, and they proceed to take their time, over 30 minutes to get this order. Once they shoved it toward him, my friend asked if it was all of it and they didn't respond, but walked away. Once he got home, he and his wife found there were two large drinks missing, so his wife went back and proceeded to tell the employees how rude and gross they are. This is unacceptable, disgusting and racist. Corporate is being notified, I hope they all get fired.

I will not be going back tomorrow hill Blvd macon ga ,act like didn't want wait on u sir drive thus about 15 mins Halloween bucket was broken .and donut holes was hard .workers didn't have a smoke or nothing and sorry for the wait .
