Their chicken sandwiches are disgusting. It was my first and last time having them. They tasted freezer burned. Their strawberry jelly was gross as well. I've ordered from here before just never those things and I recommend nobody order those as well. You will be very disappointed. The drive-thru service was good though.

Just wish they would hand stir my matcha latte like they're supposed to. Only sometimes they will use the machine to mix it so I pay $6 for a cup of foam. Still enjoy this location. Staff are always pleasant an smiling at window.

Crappy attitude today. My niece ordered a Decaf coffee with Toasted Almond flavoring (which is what she ALWAYS orders from here) and it didn't taste right. She went back in and the girl working the drive thru gave her major attitude. No excuses for that. Happened around 11:55am on Thursday 6/3/21. Sounds like they need some customer service training!

I wanna give Mel a shout out he is so sweet & friendly never had a better experience ??????Wow! I can't say enough good things about my experience at Dunkin Donuts on Forsyth Road near Wesleyan University. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic visit. I ordered a cheese croissant and a mango pineapple refresher with green tea. The cheese croissant was a savory delight, perfectly complementing the refreshing burst of flavor from the mango pineapple refresher. Plus, I have to give a shoutout to @prachihennaart for the stunning henna designs featured in the pictures! Lately when I’ve been going here the coffee has not been the best . It has its good moments and then it has its meh i guess it drinkable moments . I think the problem is they keep hiring multiple people . Everytime I go I see someone different and the drink either taste really bad or I get a good drink 1/3 chance . I do suggest the worker Abby gets a raise , shes very kind and makes good drinks . And some guy with dreads a black guy who’s new and looks mid 30s made it really good for a new guy or he might be the manager . All I suggest is making sure the coffee isn’t bitter . The place is in a really tight spot , but it seems bright in the place and clean . I still recommend them over Starbucks . I also like how affordable the coffee is , and how kind and quick most of the workers are .
