Very good food, always have a good experience there. The ambience is great. It is one I overlook at times just because of its location. I think downtown and head that way and drive right past.

I work on the campus where Edgar's Bistro is located so I can literally call down to place my order and pick it up. That being said, Edgar's has changed a bit since I've been going there. The restaurant is now a student training facility. They are only open seasonally and only for limited hours. In the current quarter, Edgar's is open Wed - Fri, 11am to 2 pm. Also, the menu changes seasonally. This quarter, I have tried roughly 50% of the menu so far and everything has been good. The dine-in service is somewhat slower than calling ahead because everything is cooked to order... but again, they are students and they are learning. I feel it was a good dining experience.

Dined here once. I do remember ordering the Macon egg roll. It was good but the ingredients inside did not heat up properly so it's like I bit into a hot egg roll to taste cold ingredients on the inside so to speak. The other items we got were good not great also. I always wanted to go back to try something else like a steak but never did. I loved that the chef trained the students there on site..... A very good learning experience for them.

Hours are incorrect, and website allows you to make reservations when restaurant is closed. Ended up driving over half an hour to find the restaurant closed, with hours posted on a printed sheet of paper on the door (11am-2pm).

Food is always good and the atmospheric is charming. Goes for a good cause also. I really should get by there more often and probably will come 2022.

We're on the road and looked for a restaurant near our hotel. The service and food were terrific! Great Caesar salad and yummy burger and fries. We were sorry to see no other guests in the restaurant and hope that they get lots of business!

A very good Restaurant with students showing their learned and learning culinary and hospitality skills. Our waitress Tara was very friendly and helpful on our choices of lunch items. Shitaki BLT and the Flat Iron Steak both were very good. Come on out and try it. Yes their hours of operation are not 7 days a week. But the days they are open make it a point to go out and enjoy a good meal, and helping culinary college students improve their skills.

I visited Edgar's Bistro for the first time with my best friend and I was totally impressed. We were quickly seated and our server was friendly and professional. I ordered the Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast for starters. The chicken was grilled to perfection, very flavorful and juicy. My entree was the steak au pouvire. The steak was flavorful, not overseasoned like you get in some steak restaurants. The mashed potatoes were great and the vegetables were tender and cooked perfectly. I paired a white wine with my meal. I enjoyed the ambiance and the whole experience. I am definitely going back. Kudos to the culinary students and the instructors..

This is a culinary school restaurant that is part of a Goodwill training center off I-475. The food was excellent and the service was delightful. They don't serve alcohol, so maybe call to see if you can BYO if interested. The special of asparagus tempura was to die for! Ribs, too!

Although I made a reservation for April 16 at Edgars in Macon when we arrived it was closed with a sigh that it would open in April 21 We are sad that we did not get to support the students however the hospitality professor should teach them how to manage Open Table so that reservations are not available when the restaurant is going to be closed for a timeframe
