This place needs to be shutdown i came into this store the one by Publix they have the worst possible employees they are all young and dont care of the service they give its super unprofessional and unhealthy i was told by one of the employees that they dont clean the back hardly and have stains all over the place honestly ill be contacting someone because this was super unsanitary dont waste your time to come here the bowls dont even look like the ones they have posted they are lucky a 0 star isnt a thing the only thing that saves them is the old owners who actually knew how to run the company we misss them very much unlike the new owners that dont know how to run a store

Omg...got a island bowl and avocado toast. Something in the bowl tasted like bad fish. Had to literally spit it out. Then the avocado toast had SO much sea salt, it was unediable. Just saw their health scores. Scary.

Just walked in the store. The cashier was serving 4 teenagers. She did not greet me hello, but looked and said, I am only serving these four. We are closing. I wish we had better service in .Macon, Ga. The business is fairly new to the Publix shopping center. They will not last long with this type of service. Do better.

What they serve is okay, but not like I can’t get it down the road. I can definitely get better service elsewhere! I ordered one simple boba drink and it took 35 minutes! I asked if they would just refund me and the lady told me “I’ll make yours now” followed by “I hate to give money back!”

The customer service was horrible. As a first time customer; I would have liked some interaction with the staff instead of feeling as if I was a bother for asking questions. In the end I ended up with a bowl that didn’t meet my expectations. They should explain that their bowls are more ice cream based than smoothie style. Such a disappointment.And my mother said the restroom was dirty!! Never again!!

The bowls I ordered were soup no fruit . They were very expensive. Everything was dumped out in the bag. Ok no problem let's see if we can fix it . Nope . No refunds and they won't even fix your order.
The açaí bowls I get are always really delicious and made well. The customer service is really horrible. There’s never anybody in the front and it takes FOREVER. Today they didn’t have any change in their register so I didn’t get my change back for my order….there’s sometimes a weird smell in there, and it isn’t really comfy. I say this is a good place to order to go, but nothing else.

On yesterday I came to this establishment and I got the worst service ever I asked for protein powder, but received it all over my açaí bowl which made it impossible to eat so I called the Warner Robins store by mistake and she told me to come by and they would make me another but I found out they aren’t owned by the same people so I contacted the store today and he would not re-make my bowl and would not give me any Accommodations for being a loyal customer this is heartbreaking seeing that I’ve visited on multiple occasions, but I definitely will never be back again and I will advise anyone to do the same.

Essential Bowls is located next door to the Publix on Thomaston. They are a casual, counter order acai bowl, smoothie, bubble tea, and avocado toast place great for a light, healthy, on the go meal with a dining area so you can sit and enjoy your treat, if you like.I had a Loco Coco bowl and it was very good. The only thing that could have been better would have been fresher pineapple chunks. Mine seemed a little old and so I set them aside and didn't eat them.The service was great, it took very little time to get my order. And the prices are very reasonable.I believe this is either a franchise or a chain as there are other locations in Georgia. That's not a bad thing, just something I tend to pay attention to.I don't think they've been open long and I hope people support this business. Macon needs more healthy food options and I plan to go back again very soon.
