Went at 6pm on a Tuesday and the door said open until 7pm then the workers tell me they are closing? Thats not a very good sign that this place is staying open much longer if they are closing a hour early and they just opened a couple months ago.

Ordered smoothies and açaí bowls at 11am. Online order said they’d be finished at 11:30am. We arrived at 11:30am to find no one at the counter. One employee was working in the back and waved at me while continuing to work. He finished our order at noon! That’s right… we waited for 30 min in the restaurant after placing the order 30 min prior to arrival! One other customer came in and stood at the counter for 10 min without being welcomed or attended to, so she left. If I hadn’t made the mistake paying ahead online I would have done the same thing. It took one hour to do 2 acai bowls and 4 smoothies?!? Then our açaí bowls came out less than half full and the smoothies were chunky! Very disappointing for dropping $75!! This place needs better customer service and better execution. Unfortunately won’t be stopping here again.

The customer service was impeccable, the ingredients truly fresh and delicious, and atmosphere super cute! I had a plethora of questions, as there were so many good options which Ms. Ronnette and the “1 & Only” DeMarcus were amazingly patient to go through the various combinations, flavors, and nutritional benefits. I am a forever customer now! This PB&J Bowl gave LIFE!

Saw they advertised Boba Tea so I decided to give it a try. It was without a doubt the most disgusting thing I've tried. They use an immersion blender that they leave sitting in a hand washing sink to blend the drinks. The flavors were awful and were immediately thrown away.
