Look I love this place. The food is good but the customer service sucks man. I call every Saturday to try and place a to go order for the people that work for us. It either no answer no to gos. Today I finally got someone to take our order after being hung up on once while on hold just for them to say they are out of just about everything I wanted to order. I hear the lady ask the kitchen if they have any pork chops just to hear the cook yell out “we don’t have anything we are trying to close” mind you this is at 1:40 after being on hold since 1:36. They close at 2pm. Like am I crazy? After I heard that I was like wow okay. Cancel my order like I want to give you guys my business from one small business to another but good lord that’s not okay. Then not even an I’m sorry she just hung up on me. I don’t understand I didn’t do anything to these people I was kind patient waited my turn even called back after getting hung up on the first time. I just do not understand.

Great breakfast, but the Uber eats drivers were creating a scene at the checkout.
The dining room has a great Allman Brothers atmosphere. However, that's the best thing about it. We were told that breakfast stopped at 11am...ok no problem. Then when our server came over she tells us certain breakfast meals are all day. Ok, ordered grits,eggs,bacon, and biscuits came with it. Was asked if we wanted cheese grits? We questioned the server about the grits and was told these grits are made with cheese and were served all day and that's it's the best grits you ever had... We received our plate of food after 30 minutes and the cheese grits were COLD! Told the server and then she stated "oops", the warmer has been turned off. Didn't offer to fix anything. Finally got a cup of regular grits for one person but not the other that ordered the same thing. Needless to say we will not be going back even though we were told this was a great place in Macon to eat!

My 1st visit & I was very skeptical, due to all of the bad reviews about poor customer service. But I literally walked 20min and TRIED to give this place a chance for the breakfast/lunch menu. I work for the railroad & Macon is part of my route. So I don’t have a personal vehicle here, so I walk everywhere I want to go. Upon entering, I walked directly to the cashier who was very friendly & nice. I asked her if I was dining in, do I sit myself. She replied yes & I sat at the first available table. The waitress came right over & asked what I was drinking. I asked for apple juice & it came right out & was super cold. She asked was I ready to order, & with this being my 1st time, I had a few questions. She seemed very frustrated & didn’t have an answer about what side off the lunch menu was ready to be served. She walked off & said I’ll be back. Hmmm, never came back! I watched her take orders & just stand around for a total of bout 10-15min. One time as she walked right by my table for the 4th or 5th time, I tried to get her attention & she didn’t even try to make eye contact & kept walking by. I just got up after that & paid for my apple juice & left! I will NEVER RETURN!!
