I've eaten at this Fazolis and others several times in the past and always enjoyed some basic Italian food for an affordable price.
The good: we got food. That's all the good I can give.
The bad: From the moment we walked it we felt we were bothering the staff with our presence. I wasn't acknowledged at all, wasn't even asked anything. We noticed the floor was sticky and the carpet horribly dirty. After ordering our food from the borderline rude staff, we went for silverware and to sit. They only have plastic here, no real forks and knives like other locations. Then the food came and they were in plastic and aluminum containers. Honestly it felt really cheap. I guess they don't want to wash dishes at this location anymore. Then the food. I went basic with spaghetti and meatballs which were OK. My wife got baked ziti with chicken. She started sweating after a few bites because it was so spicy! We switches meals and I ate hers, but I have to admit , beyond being spicy, it wasn't good. Then we had to endure listening to the staff be loud for the rest of the time. Worst Fazolis experience we've had. We won't be back.

Pretty good for Fazoli’s aside the really long wait in the drive thru with just one car in line. Pizza was good, pasta good, breadsticks good.

Went to this wonderful restaurant for the first time. The customer service was top notch. The food was hot and delicious. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and greeted with kindness. They explained the menu and gave different options. But the bread sticks OMGGGG YUM! I will definitely return for another great meal experience. Thanks to the day crew.
Corporate should look at store 5293 in Macon GA. We have been to fazoli's all over the country and this was the first time we were told that they don't do unlimited breadsticks. When ordering, I asked for some sticks before we sat and the lady asked me if I wanted them now or with the food. I told her both and she replied saying it's either or. She brought some out with the food and I asked for a couple more and was told it's only 2 per meal. I told her that's not the case and they she is even wearing a shirt that says unlimited breadsticks. She replied, I just do what I'm told. Our dine in food also came out in to go plastic containers as well as everyone else eating in when there is a sign right by the registers saying real plates and utensils.

Good food, but don't use their online order and then pick. I made and paid for an online order. They asked for my credit card when I went through the drive through... I told them I'd already paid online, but they insisted. When they gave me my card back, and two orders. I only ordered and wanted one....
I get that we all make mistakes, but they seemed to realized they'd made a mistake halfway through and didn't bother to correct it.

Hunter had good customer service, very polite and patient, while our large party took time to order. The food was good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Sanitation score was a 92. Im not sure what the deductions were for. The bathroom was okay... could have used a freshing up. I would definitely return.
It was great. I underwent radiation recently and have been dealing with taste issues. My sampler platter was wonderful. The spaghetti ? tasted right and was so good!!!! All of it tasted right! My husband was just so glad to see me eat!

Food is serviced hot however the customer service given to me by employee named “Kamiya T” was very much rude . One two occasions when pulling up to the window she has a blatant stare on her face. She didn’t greet me , restate the total amount , ask for extra condiments , have a good day or anything . Management needs to properly train her on what excellent and poor customer service is .
