I'm so disappointed with this location,after my last experience here,I shouldn't have returned,but I gave it another try and it was even worse. First of all they had me and several other customers waiting,I waited 30 minutes before my order was taking and secondly they were out of tomatoes,caramalized onions and peppers and thirdly they didn't fix neither sub right and the manager was there. On top of that the manager had sniffles and an employee did as well and the store wasn't clean,I'm really disappointed because I liked going to this location but I definitely won't return

All three subs were not right, the meatball was too salty and bearly any cheese,The ham and cheese was too much dressing and very little lettuce and three black olives, that's itMy Philly cheese steak had no cheese at all, and I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, onion, black olives. All I got was four pieces of lettuce, two tomatoes, three onion four black olives

The girl taking my order spoke so quietly I had to ask her to repeat some things. I'm a senior with some hearing loss and asking someone to keep repeating is embarrassing and frustrating.

The last 3x I’m been to this location they have either left basic ingredients off my sandwich or have not had them. Either way lettuce and tomato should be 2 things you always have especially being across from a grocery store. Very poorly made

This is a frustrating review to leave, because I genuinely love the food here. When I can get it, it's delicious every time. Unfortunately, it's rare I can actually get my meal, because between absolutely vile employees that have the worst attitudes of anyone I've ever encountered, and a system that conveniently never seems to function when I try to order, I've been unable to eat here twice. Lost a customer for life ?
