I like firehouse but I will go hungry before I return to this location. The restaurant is filthy nasty, the employees rude and slow and I had to wait probably 30 minutes for a medium and 2 small sandwiches and they were not busy.

I was at work and it was lunchtime and I decided to stop in there I only get a 45 minute break. I didn’t get my food for almost 30 minutes and there was only one person in front of me when I got there but I seen 3 other people waiting at the tables on their food. I understand there was only two workers there but dang man used up a whole lunch break just to get my food.

Ordered medium size.... clearly, what we got was not medium. The white bread did not rise properly, and the amount of meat on the sandwich was lacking. When brought to staffs attention, it was said that it is a medium, and that's how our bread always looks. The wheat bread was fine, just a smaller size. Unless they changed the actual size of a medium, that's not what we were served.
