Food is always great. Customer service, not so much. Also, if you order online, be sure and walk inside to get your order bc they rarely check the drive through window for customers, nor does anyone ever thank you. On this trip, there were also items missing from the order, but I will own that since I should have known to check the bag.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have the rewards for what seems like years. But this location always seems to act like it's foreign & they have no idea how to redeem them. Shame on me for coming back but shame on the owner for hiring incompetent staff ??♂️

The service was absolutely HORRIBLE! The guy at the cash register rung my order up wrong and didn't appear to know how to work the register and the guy making the subs was terribly slow! Several people walked out!!!!

The employee was outside smoking when we pulled up to go inside to order. He then tossed his cigarette, walked inside, and walked directly behind the counter without washing his hands. Needless to say, we went somewhere else.

They do not pay attention to requests made at the register.When some people say no Mayo on the brisket sub, it isnt because they're just picky. Some people have egg allergies!!! Sadly we didn't check the sandwich before we left, so I was left with a bag of chips and soda to drink when we got home. Do better Firehouse!

When we arrived no customers were there and only one worker was visible inside. He was distractedly watching a movie on the tv. We ordered our food and another worker, older skinny white man, came in from the back (near restrooms) absolutely wreaking of weed. He proceeded to glove up and make our sandwiches without washing his hands first. The restaurant was empty but the tables and floor were filthy. I paid and ate a few bites of my sandwich and left. The receipt says Sarah was our host, but I’m fairly certain that wasn’t his name.
