Employees are unprofessional and rude. Francars close at 7 on Thursdays. I got there at 6:20 and they said I could not place an order and eat in. I drove 30 minutes for nothing. I even had an infant in a stroller and it was raining. They didn't care.

Never again!! We ordered Door Dash today and were left speechless. Over $45 wasted. I am completely disgusted with this restaurant. The web descriptions are very misleading. I ordered Fried Filets and they sent me 3 chicken nuggets. I've tried calling the restaurant multiple, times but it goes to voicemail. This was a waste of time. The fries were not fresh. The fish smells like it was dropped back in grease. My baby stated that it was too soggy. I would not recommend.

The food was just Ok… The wing sauce doesn’t stick to the wings. I ordered three dinners and the wings were basically dry no sauce in the plate to even roll them around in. Nevertheless they were Ok… Not wonderful not bad just ok… I highly recommend no one order through uber or online, it was a big issue when I went to pick up my food. They were telling me I didn’t order meals just wings and I showed her on the Uber Eats app that I ordered meals and paid over $30 for the plates. When I told them to cancel my order and that I would get a refund through uber the wife tone changed. I was able to pay $3 for just one fry and she gave me the other two without trying to make me pay again. I’m not sure why I paid the $3 I just didn’t want to argue with her. This place needs younger employees they didn’t know how to work the iPad for the orders and the older cashier also had to go deliver food after she got done ringing customers up. I don’t think I’ll eat here again.

Best wings in town!! Perfect size wings, not too big that you're full after 5 wings and not too small that you have to eat 20 plus. Have been every Wednesday for the past 5 weeks and its gotten better each time!! The Southern fried wings are Elite! Every week I get the southern fried plus an additional flavor and havnt had a bad one yet!! Hidden gem right in the heart of Macon!! I'll be back next Wednesday!! Okra and Curly fries top notch too!

I enjoyed the Pangasis Fish basket,it was delicious and the staff was just super customer service friendly,,I recommend Francars to everyone whom visits or live in Mason Georgia..
