This place sucks. I had to wait 35 minutes for a to-go kids meal. The custard was melted and the cashier, while not being disrespectful, was rather rude when I inquired about the status of the order.

Drive thru, gave me the wrong things and missing half, got someone else’s food….. also employees were snappy with me……

Excellent service and food

Did the drive thru. Employee seemed to be very impatient with the time it took for me to order my food. No one else was waiting in line behind me. Maybe two cars in the parking lot. Restaurant was not busy at all. I got the impression that I was bothering this employee. I work hard for my money and I refuse to support a business that has rude people waiting on me. Maybe some classes on how to treat customers should be offered. No customers means no business.

The food was absolutely delicious. This was my first time eating here in Georgia and it will not be my last. Next time I will come and enjoy the restaurant on the inside. But I do thank you for the hospitality at the drive-thru.

Quick fast courteous service no waiting.

Stood in line waiting to order for 5 mins and wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the ladies making the custards. When we finally order, we walk up, Keyshayla walks up and literally says NOTHING to us until she asks “is that all?” Before walking away to make more custard. No total, no nothing. I myself took the receipt off the register and grabbed my husbands cup cause she had no interest in us. they may have been steady with customers but that is no way to treat anyone when in customer service. If you don’t want to be dealing with customers and put a smile on your face while doing it, get another job or stay home.

This was My first time time coming to Freddys and honestly will be my last. I got a large drink which is already an upgrade w extra charge. The Dr.pepper was out of the syrup. I asked for Root beer instead and little to half of drink. Didn’t get any sauces that I had asked for as well.
