On November 5th 2024 I went through the drive thru at the Macon location between 1-1:30and ordered 2 half chickens and a individual serving of Brunswick stew. I do not know her name but the lady at the drive thru window was not very friendly. When she opened the window she didn’t smile, I said hello, no response. I paid with a debit card. When the transaction was complete I gave her back the device used when you pay by debit/credit card and she looked at it and then looked at me like she was upset that I didn’t give her a tip. I’m not going to give someone a tip when all they do is take my order. The ones that need the tip are the ones that prepare the food and put together the orders when they’re ordered. When she gave me my food I said thank you very much and have a great day. She never smiled, didn’t say thank you, nothing.
Food is good but way over priced. I got a rib plate and it was so little. If I would've knew I would have got something different because it wasn't even enough food. I been going here awhile and used to get like half a slab of ribs on the rib plate this was like the last 3 bones of a slab. Won't be returning, which makes me sad because I loved fresh air.

Ok - kinda a strange place but their bbq was good, decent and their coleslaw was actually delicious!!!
This is possibly the worst barbecue Ive had in a minute. The coleslaw is green, the chicken taste like rubber and cargo pants, and sauce taste like vinegar and sadness. The only reason I went because it was the closes thing near me. Dont not go here if your expecting anything other than saddness and regret.

I love BBQ but this is not it. The stew was good I will give them that and my pickle tasted like a pickle. I got the BBQ plate. The coleslaw had no flavor and the pork was cold and also no flavor. My kid said it best about the sauce it was sour and acidic. Wast of $21!

Got a chicken plate. Fortunately was able to get a to go box so I could bring it home to finish cooking it ? Couldn't even chew it loose from the bone to begin with. The Cole slaw is good and the chips are a safe bet if you're into potato chips.
Been coming here ever since i was a kid. I remember when the floor was still dirt in the old location. Absolutely amazing!
