My husband and I were super excited to try this place out. The potatoes were soooo good but soon after eating mine, I got really sick. My stomach started to kill me and I wound up vomiting and had other food poisoning symptoms. My husband also had stomach pain but not as severe. This was super disappointing as the food was actually so good. I’m sure it was a one off experience and I would like to try them again one day. I definitely still recommend. I had the Buffalo Chicken and my husband had the BBQ Pork.

The potatoe I purchase had too much cheese old broccoli looks to be frozen . The pound cake not good at all .Never going back .

Went here for the first time and was blown away. Immaculate service and the food was fantastic. Cute and friendly atmosphere, a must visit if you’re near the university. Will definitely be coming back!

Can speak to the food as you need to be aware of the time. Walked in at 8:20 on a Friday from the Marriott next door. As I was abt to order they said you can order but have to claim the food from the drive-thru windows as the lobby closes in 10 minutes.

Y'all, this is THE lunch spot in Macon. First, the owners are so sweet and patient. They took plenty of time explaining their most popular potato items! You can feel the love they have for the community and their business in every word of conversation with them.

Secondly, the amount of food you get for the price is exceptional! It's all so fresh tasting and of good quality. The Philly Cheesesteak is phenomenal.

They also have a drive-thru!!

Well done, Potato Factory! You're my new favorite lunch spot!! ?

Got the privilege to watched 1 of the owners teach a new employee on the register. Very professional and such a nice environment. I have came here for about 8 months now and I love how the food taste and how they treat their employees. Also they have a 100 on the health inspection!

Great idea for an eatery and what a great place it is. Wife and I went to try it out, and glad we did. The minute we walked in we were greeted by the owner and his staff. If you love a great baked potato, this is the place. First, the potatoes are enormous, cooked perfectly, and the seasoning is spot on. They have a huge selection of already thought of potatoes topping to pick from on the wall as well as a build your own option. We both went with the chopped corned beef and shredded cheddar cheese, and it was amazing. Corned beef was very very tender and flavorful, great topping for a potato. So if you’re looking for a unique place to try, highly recommend this place food, atmosphere, and staff are all outstanding. I’m already in the mood to go back and try a different combination.

Wow, the biggest perfectly done potato I have ever seen, ordered the meat lovers spud and pretzel bites. Everything was awesome, the owners were very nice and helpful. If you like huge, old school buttery baked potatoes, this is a must stop. One warning you will need a nap when you. are done. Nice job guys!

The place was super clean and the staff was amazingly friendly . They were patient and took. The time to go over the menu with us.

Granted it’s a little pricey but I must say it was money well spent. The amount of food is amazing. This is enough to feed you for the whole day.
I got the pulled pork potato. It did not disappoint.

Im glad I came across this place. It’s a must visit if you’re in the downtown area of Macon!

Amazing little find near downtown Macon. The owners are a delightful couple who make you feel at home. The best part is the decor with lovely little touches.We ordered the veggie and the shrimp. Both were huge portions filled with all kinds of stuff including generous portions of veggies or meat and cheese.The only improvement I would recommend is to also offer a range of sauces and chilly flakes to allow guests to increase the spice levels.
