I walked into this establishment for the first time and was immediately greeted warmly. The manager walked me through some of their popular foods. I instead opted to get the steak teriyaki potatoe. It was delicious. But more than the delicious food and refreshing lemonade, was the southern hospitality. They really do have a personal touch here at this restaurant location. Great Food, But the Service Has Slipped Lately
When The Potato Factory first opened, I was hooked—delicious, creative potatoes and great service made it one of my favorite spots in town. The food is still amazing, no doubt about it. But lately, the experience hasn’t been the same. I’ve shown up before 9 PM only to find them closed early, or gone to order and they’re out of just about everything. Stopped in for lunch and got the chili cheese potato. The guy working, Rodney, was super friendly and the food was amazing. Only reason I put 4 stars is because the price isn't the greatest, but don't let that stop you from checking it out.
