Customer assistance skills is horrendous! No where it states pre-order only. Just the whole demeanor comes off as rude! I wouldn’t recommend! Maybe in the future if they work on their customer assistance skills! And I was just simply calling to see what was available!

This was the worst experience I have had in a long time , dont know nothing about granny's sweet treats but the managers / owner professionalism toward her customer are far from professional. (Ratchet business owner ) I went to a event in the building attached to her shop Ms.davison owns and rents for small party. This was a Hadzard for everyone who attended. Bathroom dirty, no paper towels, no trash cans and blocked hallways a hazardious condition . I attempted to help by putting paper napins in the bathroom , hanging plastic bag on door of bathroom and pushed the junk boxes stored in the hallway over a little trying to make a clean path.
Desserts are just right, not too sweet, not dried out. She's a pleasure to conduct business with. I will definitely patronize her business!

The best place to get your sweets! Great cakes, cupcakes, cupcakes in a jar, and fair food! The environment is family friendly and the owner is just wonderful! You have got to try this place if you are stopping through Macon! My favorite is key lime and strawberry cheesecake cupcakes! Great prices as well.
