Great American Cookies

The food is pretty good. But the service is terrible. Three workers in the place and they all ignored us for like 10 minutes instead of taking our order. The store was completely empty during this time.

We order cakes from here often and I always have to wait 15 minutes just to pick up a to go order and the last two cakes I ordered had incorrect designs.

May 5th 2024, ordered 32 mozzarella stuffed at 1:10 PM they said it’s going to be 30-40 minutes. I came back 40 minutes later the guys said he’s just pulling the dough to start making them.

The pretzel is very bland. I couldn't taste any butter nor salt. And the expectation to tip a cashier that did nothing extra or special is very distasteful.

Sometimes names lie like Best Coffee but here it truly is the Great Cookies. Just don't think about how much sugar there is! This location doesn't decorate as well as the one by the outlet mall and the employees feel like robots compared to the outlet mall but the product is Hella good!

I had to spend 23.00 for 6 old cookies I am very disappointed.

I spoke and dealt with Janaye at this location and she was such a delight. Very friendly and sweet and just happy to be at work which is a big deal now a days. People just don’t seem as happy and happy to be at work but Janaye said she loves her job and you could tell in her actions and words and to me that helps make an experience even better. Cookie cakes are ALWAYS good but having a person with a happy go lucky glad to be at work attitude makes me want to come back to this location each time I need a cookie cake done. Double sweetness with her around. Thank you JANAYE!!! ?

The people and cookie cake - both amazing. I had an issue with my order that was totally my fault, and the manager was so caring to help... everything turned out perfect! Not the kind of service you see often!

Worst service ever I would give it minus 5 if I could, the girls working the front never responding to me and chatting with people and taking there sweet time . Please acknowledge me that I have been waiting for over five minutes wanting to order and you don't have a line of customers, so no excuses
