When I arrived at the bar for work, I approached the counter and ordered a Captain and Coke, along with a request for three limes. The bartender took my glass and attempted to place the limes directly onto the rim. I declined, as her nails were approximately three inches long and I had not seen her wash her hands at any point. Because limes are considered ready-to-eat items, I did not feel comfortable having her handle them with bare hands. She then placed the limes in a napkin instead.
Later, when I returned for another drink, the second bartender who assisted me was much more professional and courteous. However, my final interaction was concerning. When I approached the bar to ask for my check, I was greeted with, “What do you want?” I explained that I was simply trying to close my tab.
I do not expect much, but the level of customer service in this establishment has been consistently disappointing. It often feels as though customers are treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority.

Alex and Sara were awesome!!!! They were very welcoming with beautiful smiles and provided great customer service!!!!! The food was delicious!!!!!! The sweet tea was perfect!!!! This was my first visit to Macon, Georgia. I would definitely come back to this restaurant for the food and tea, but especially for the wonderful service. Thank you, Alex and Sara!!!!

We have been to the rooftop bar a few times ever since the male bartender introduced me to a Carrera de oro tequila for an Espresso martini and it was the best martini I have ever had! Unfortunately, since I had that one, they don’t seem to have that tequila anymore.
We enjoy the music nights and we have brought friends here to introduce them to a cool spot in Macon.
Unfortunately, we came for the reggae night on 6/28/2025 and although it was definitely busy inside and out, the bartenders definitely seem frazzled. I ordered an espresso martini that came in a rock glass. I understand they didn’t have any clean glasses left. I’m fine with that but the martini itself was horrible and to be charged $30 for it was ridiculous! Every single time I’ve ordered an espresso martini here it is always approx $14. I told the not too friendly female bartender that I believe I was charged double and she said yes, I was, because that’s the only way she could put it in the system and she walked away. First off, this is NOT how you treat customers and if you are going to charge double, then you need to tell your customer first!! This was totally unacceptable! As I stood there, waiting to question it, there were four other people around me complaining to each other about the bartenders and prices. The guy standing next to me only got half a shot because that’s all they had left with soda water and he was still charged $15 for that. By 9:30pm they were out of Corona and Mic ultra beer. I don’t know what’s going on but management needs to look into this and get some training or new bartenders that know what they are doing.
Might return for music only but definitely not drinks.
