This has to be the worst Hooters in the south east. Table sticky. 4 waitresses jaw jacking. Prolly 4 people in the restaurant and it still took a long time to get beer refills. The French fries were the worst I have ever tasted. Out of Miller Lite.I haven’t been to Hooters in a long time. Looks like it has gone down hill pretty bad. Looks like Buffalo WW in the future when I’m in Macon.

The management has let this staff down No training what so ever in the product that the waitress is serving The waitress messed up our order from the get go and her only excuse was that she was new I understood that part the part I had a hard time understanding is when she brought our food to us it was not what we order we were hungry and was gonna eat it anyway so we asked what was it that she brought her response was I Don't Know We paid our $60 bill with out finishing our Bloody Marries or evening eating the food That will be the last dollar that establishedment will ever receive from me

This is the only Hooters close by so the review always changes based on individual visits. We had not been here in a while. The staff were super friendly. Our waitress was great at getting us our food and drinks and making sure everything was correct, and drinks were refilled.
Ordered a fish sandwich and a salad no tartar came with tartar that was scraped off halfway. When I said something waitress was like well. I told him no tartar and then just stood there like I was supposed to eat it anyway. When I said, just let me pay for the salad salad that ended up being. 6$ nobody even cared why I was unhappy or while I was leaving. Terrible terrible service.

On April 8th at 8pm the restaurant was not busy with approximately 15 people. I sat and waited 30 mins and no waitress. I then moved to the bar and told the waitress I was tired of waiting on my waitress to return. Then I say another 10 mins at bar and still no service. I just politely got up and left. But I did get water.

Another reviewer (Randy Fuller) just suffered through the same issue that I’m about to say. I literally just left less than 1hr ago but while we were there NOBODY came to ask us if we wanted drinks or to check on us. We sat for 20 minutes before walking out. Never got to order food or anything. There were only about 5-8 tables being serviced; with plenty of waitresses to help. But that never happened. Poor customer service and unacceptable for any establishment. Sad this is how military families are treated in Macon, GA. Deserves 0 stars.

I want to start out by saying that the wings and fries were definitely a five out of five. After that, the experience dropped quickly to a two. After we were seated, we waited several minutes before I went back to the front to see if someone was going to ask us for our drink selections. A server said yes but was rude about it. There were only three other tables with customers at this time. She brought out my soda but never brought out my wife's water, and we had to remind her that she was also waiting for a drink from the bar. We ordered appetizers, which didn't come out until we received our entries. We were served all drums when our wings were delivered. My wife actually prefers flats. We waited another several minutes after we had clearly been finished for a while before having to request our bill. My wife noticed that we had actually been charged $2 extra for all drums even though we never requested them. The food was great, but the service was terrible. I'll give this restaurant another chance, hoping that this was not their typical service.
