Ordered a fish sandwich and a salad no tartar came with tartar that was scraped off halfway. When I said something waitress was like well. I told him no tartar and then just stood there like I was supposed to eat it anyway. When I said, just let me pay for the salad salad that ended up being. 6$ nobody even cared why I was unhappy or while I was leaving. Terrible terrible service.

On April 8th at 8pm the restaurant was not busy with approximately 15 people. I sat and waited 30 mins and no waitress. I then moved to the bar and told the waitress I was tired of waiting on my waitress to return. Then I say another 10 mins at bar and still no service. I just politely got up and left. But I did get water.

Another reviewer (Randy Fuller) just suffered through the same issue that I’m about to say. I literally just left less than 1hr ago but while we were there NOBODY came to ask us if we wanted drinks or to check on us. We sat for 20 minutes before walking out. Never got to order food or anything. There were only about 5-8 tables being serviced; with plenty of waitresses to help. But that never happened. Poor customer service and unacceptable for any establishment. Sad this is how military families are treated in Macon, GA. Deserves 0 stars.

I want to start out by saying that the wings and fries were definitely a five out of five. After that, the experience dropped quickly to a two. After we were seated, we waited several minutes before I went back to the front to see if someone was going to ask us for our drink selections. A server said yes but was rude about it. There were only three other tables with customers at this time. She brought out my soda but never brought out my wife's water, and we had to remind her that she was also waiting for a drink from the bar. We ordered appetizers, which didn't come out until we received our entries. We were served all drums when our wings were delivered. My wife actually prefers flats. We waited another several minutes after we had clearly been finished for a while before having to request our bill. My wife noticed that we had actually been charged $2 extra for all drums even though we never requested them. The food was great, but the service was terrible. I'll give this restaurant another chance, hoping that this was not their typical service.

Taylor and Co. At the bar were amazing !!! We stopped by bdubs and after not seeing a single employee for 10 min we left and came to Hooters!! Highly recommend coming here the food and staff were all friendly !!!

Came in to pick up door dash order. I was greeted immediately upon entering in a very friendly way, and directed to where the order is. The personnel at the bar attended me right away, and the order was handed to me within 20 seconds. I wish every restaurant had it this way! Thank you!

Walking in said hi to guy smoking a cigarette.Sat at the bar for lunch. 5 customers in the place.Ordered 2- hamburger patties, cheese, mushrooms, and tomato.Waited way to long for food.Didn't get that. Still spent $25. Nuts

From the warm welcome at the door we felt at home. Jasmyn our server was so lovely and helpful and Brittany the manager came to check on us.Food came out quickly and there was a great selection for a reasonable price. We were very happy with everything.

So me and hubby came for a late lunch date we ordered Lots of tots, Bogo Wings and 2 cocktail drinks..... so boom our appetizer comes we realize it's missing ingredients so we ask about it and the waiter non-chalant says oh we out. We'll why you didn't tell us that when we placed order... OK anyways then as we are talking I got to take a sip of my drink to my surprise there is a long black hair floating in my drink. Manager ask to make it right so ok cool... well as we are eating I look in the kitchen area the cook is on his cellphone cooking food touching his hat that is all on his head. Then he grabs his pants at his waist line I guess to pull his pants up. Mind you he is cooking and fixing plates as he is doing these things... NOT ONE TIME did he go and wash his hands after handling his cellphone, touching his head or pulling at his waist line of his pants. Needless to say we were so disgusted at what we saw that we did not finish our food.
We called ahead to let them know we needed a table for eight. We got there and the hostess looked confused as to how to put a couple of tables together. It then took about 20 minutes for them to take our drink order. After finally receiving drinks, it took another 20 minutes to take our food order. Getting our food then took about 40 minutes. Half of our orders were missing something, and when queried, the manager was clearly in a bad mood and started talking very loudly about how many people came in at the same time and they were doing the best they could. I could tell when I walked in, that he clearly did not want to be there. There were only about 25 patrons in the whole establishment and they struggled to handle that, on a Saturday no less. I could take the long waits, but the attitudes are a no go.

The food was amazing. Upfront caveat: party of 4 all over the age of 40 but 1 person forgot his wallet at the house an hour away. We had a copy of the id on his phone. The waitress refused to serve alcohol. We asked to speak to the manager and he held strong. It’s our fault but hell we don’t even get carded at the liquor store anymore because we are old as dirt. Despite this we ordered an appetizer. Appetizer was delivered but no plates or ranch. Also ordered a water that was never delivered. The place was empty on national champion game night. We closed the check and took business to BWW up the road and spent our money.
