Hannah M. And Precious C I recently stopped by the I Hop and had the pleasure of being assisted by Andrew Williams. I must say, They provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! He was extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
They exceptional service truly made my day, and I appreciate the effort he put into making sure I was satisfied. His positive attitude and warm smile made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
I highly recommend visiting Hannah M. And Precious C at for any of your convenience store needs. He's an asset to the team, and I'm so grateful to have encountered such outstanding customer service!
Five stars isn't enough - Hannah M. And Precious C deserves ten stars for his fantastic service!"

Service was slow, and the waitress did seem to know what was going on. Food was sub-par and tasted like everything was thrown into the fryer. When did ihop get so expensive?

Got a quarter of the way through my bacon temptation omelette and discovered a HAIR inside!! The lovely waitress was more mortified and upset than the manager. Neither showed any concern that my mom's veggie omelette contained onions though we specifically requested that they leave them out. Priorities I guess...
The manager said she talked to the cooks, voided the meal from our check, and asked if I wanted anything else. I declined because she didn't have a solution for preventing this from happening again after admitting that it was probably a BEARD HAIR. Ick! Gotta have better health and safety protocols!!
The small portion of the omelette that I did eat was just basic tasting anyway. Usually bacon adds a lot of flavor. Not in this case. Skip this dish. Skip this restaurant.

This place sucks a$$$$$. It took the server for ever to greet us. We could see her talking to her friends. Then acted like she wasn't even concerned about taking forever. I don't recommend eating here find another IHOP.

If I could rate zero stars, that would be more of an accurate statement. I visited this location at about 6:20am. Inwalked in to the desk to be seated but there were no waitress in site. I did hear a cook in the back but he never once acknowledged me being there. I waited about 10 minutes in the lobby before I walked out. As I was leaving the parking lot, I saw some dropping ofwawjat looked to be a waitress. I've worked in restaurants for years, you never leave shift until backup arrives. In some odd chance you have to leave, lock the door and put a note up. Terrible customer service. I was very disappointed.

The 2 ladies that assist me took my order and brought it out to me. They were so great. I love their spirit recently. Had a accident and I am not moving around like I used to they help me so much.
I just want to say thank you.

This morning, my son and I walked into IHOP hoping for breakfast but left feeling like I’d wandered into a low-budget sitcom. First up: my Poblano Omelette—now featuring a bone. Nothing says “farm-to-table” like a surprise relic from the source, right?
The waitress? Invisible. I’ve seen UFOs get more verified sightings than I did my waitress today. My blueberry syrup? Served in tiny, single-use plastic cups. At this point, I half-expected someone to charge me extra for air refills.
And let’s not forget past visits: a country-fried steak that tasted off. Turns out they brought me a knife that was fresh out of the bleach bath. Because nothing pairs with steak like a little chlorine kick.
IHOP, are you okay? Blink twice if you’re broke. I think it’s time we see other breakfast spots. It’s not me, it’s definitely you.
Update: $70.63 for two people to eat. $10 for a single Belgian waffle (apparently shipped from Belgium)! $4 for a glass of OJ! Almost $4 for coffee! $5 for hash browns?? How much is a potato going for these days? These were Longhorn prices! Never again! Eat local, and avoid the chains.

We arrived right before rush and there were plenty of tables but a confusion with who was going to be available to be our server. Once that matter was settled, service was good.
