Tried on a whim. I don't think I have ever taken a bite of food, fell in love then ordered a second plate to take home for later. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. I tried the lunch special jerk chicken, a beef patty and a curry patty. It was delicious! Ask for the jerk sauce on the side and you can add a little or as much kick as you want. The fresh hot beef patty was amazing! My family loved it the best. I will try the Curry chicken next time and probably order some jerk chicken to go. I am 2 hours away, yet this spot will be frequented.

Went to buy a soup didn’t know they had a minimum on cards, this lady proceed to ask me if I wanted her to add a dumpling to the soup to to make up the price, who the hell charge for dumplings in soup, went the day before had the jerk chicken special, it was literally burnt chicken and the rice portion was small smh… sorry excuse for a Jamaican restaurant

Im in Macon quite often for work and I am a VERY picky eater. Hands down this restaurant did not and has not disappointed me. The food is delicious I only eat Turkey..but the Turkey wings and the stewed Turkey necks are very good. The portions are very generous..its always enough food for two days. Love this place.

My uncle was a sailor in the Navy with fond memories of Jamaica, so I grew up with oxtail and jerk chicken. This place has one of the best flavors I've ever tasted, plantains done perfectly, oxtail cooked right, the best jerk chicken I've ever had. Everything was perfect, the atmosphere, the smells when you walk in, the in house brewed drinks are to die for, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the entire menu, the food is served quick and hot, and the lunch special is priced so competitively it beats the brakes off of every fast food place in 100 miles. I will upload pictures next time I eat here, and I promise there will be many next times in the near future.

It was my first time here, I order oxtail with rice and beans. I also ordered goat stew, and everything was delicious. I loved so much, I will definitely try it again 10/10

I really enjoyed the lunch special and everything was delicious! Jerk chicken was fall off the bone and beef patty was fresh! Red velvet was definitely a great way to end the meal. I also had the stewed chicken with yellow rice and greens, highly recommended. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.
