We were excited to see this new location on Zebulon! However, we’ve been disappointed in the lack of customer service. On one visit, my husband witnessed a female employee being rude to a customer and he literally walked out of the store because of it. Additionally, this location lacks in flavor and quality, like something is missing/off, and the lettuce is too wet on the #13 Mikes Way. We’ve tried to support this location but after giving it another chance today, we will now make our way back to the Jersey Mikes on Riverside.

Jersey Mike's Subs the last 2 times I got a sandwich from the Zebulon Rd location in Macon GA, the sandwich has been seriously lacking ingredients. We have been going here constantly for months and never had an issue till the last 2 visits. I complained about the pitiful sandwich you gave me and was hoping you would have had it resolved, but the same thing happened again today. Last time I was told the reason the sandwich was crappy was probably because of how busy the store was. Today, I was the only customer in the store and there was no backup of orders, so I guess that was just a BS excuse. I've learned that your locations are franchises and that the owner controls the quality of the sandwiches, and this owner is clearly cutting corner to make more money. Please investigate this location before it turns into a glorified Subway.

It gave a very unprofessional impression and made it seem like customer service wasn’t a priority. Management should really pay more attention to how their staff represent the business.

Everytime me and my family come In the girl robin greets us so professionally and always making sure the inside of the store and out side is in is In tact …. We sit down and eat and watch how much she enjoys her job with greeting the customers and keeping up with the place we thank u for having her and we love your store
