I usually order the Chicken Philly which is my favorite, it's delicious every time. Today I ordered the pastrami which was not especially great, too dry. However, I mainly came here to write this review because of one of the employees in particular. Her name was either Nae or Shanae and she was working everywhere! She was working at the register, she was working the grill, she was helping with mobile pickup. The whole time she was pleasant. All this with a full shop and a line. I was really impressed by how many duties she maintained and was still managing to keep a smile on her face. She really deserves recognition!! Thank you!

Mostly I get pick up orders and most times they haven’t even started the order until I come to pick-up. Even when I put the order in and come 15mins after my pick-up time, never seems to change my luck. The staff has poor time management even on slower days. I rarely see a manager on-site to even complain to. The inside usually looks unkept as well, so i’d never consider dining in. 3-stars is only due to the food being good despite everything else.

The food is fine but the establishment is Very messy, napkins thrown all over the place.. specifically today. They need to be more organized about pick ups, they are all over the place and it seems there is no real designated pick up area. We also have to check our food because last time my wife had to wait anyway and they weren't busy, they also had the orders completely incorrect so now they can't be trusted. Also, there is no reason for an employee to be so loud. Work more, talk louder....less. The fact that you can hear her voice over everyone sitting in that place chit chatting is ridiculous.
Vegetarian options: Not very many vegetarian options.

This is my favorite sub spot, so I'm a bit disappointed... I totally understand teenagers need/ want a job.. but there has to be someone mature or responsible on the shift as well... they didn't know who ordered what, too busy laughing and playing among themselves, you gotta constantly lean and linger over my sandwich because there is no bacon ready to put on it. The customer service has just not been good lately.

Ordered 20 minutes ahead and still had to wait 15 minutes once I got to the store. I understand being busy but 35 minutes for a sandwich is a little extreme.
The evening crew work on this day was truly amazing. I haven’t enjoyed that type of service in a long time. The cashier was patient with me when allowing to sign up for the rewards. The food was delicious and fresh as well. Great Job!

I ordered my meal online and it said it would be ready at 1:46. It was not ready and I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for them to make the order. I was in a bit of a hurry so this was very inconvenient. Additionally, after getting the order to the person who requested it, it was not accurate. It has bacon on it and she doesn't eat bacon. It also didn't have the other items that were requested (pickles, banana peppers, the juice, seasonings).

I have always ordered online & then picked it up as takeout, so I can’t speak about what it’s like to order in the actual restaurant. But in my experience, the sandwiches are SO good. I used to be a big fan of “JJ” & “SW” (big common franchises), but now that I’ve tried Jersey Mike’s, I prefer it over other subs. The ingredients taste very fresh, and it’s always been made well in my opinion. Plus the seasonings/vinegar/etc. that they put on the sandwiches are just so much better than other places. My favorite sandwich from here is the “Jersey Shore Favorite”. If you like eating leftovers, I recommend getting the “giant” size. I always love the leftovers for lunch the next day.
The prices aren’t very “fast food”ish (aka cheap), but they’re still reasonable for the food quality in my opinion. Other sandwich places just haven’t been as good quality lately.
