I’ve been visiting this location for a year and it’s usually very good. Previously, from the service to the quality of the food I was satisfied. My recent visit was abhorrent. I ordered a veggie sandwich without vinegar, mayo and oil with chips through the website for delivery. My sandwich was soggy, vegetables seemed old and the bread was not baked. I called and requested a refund and I was told to return the sandwich. I came via an Uber to have the issue resolved. The manager did not take accountability and was very rude. I requested a refund for my entire meal including the delivery fee because if my sandwich was up to par in relation to Jersey Mikes usual standards, I would not have had to make the trip. I was told the delivery fee can’t be refunded because I ordered through a third party which I did not. She told me I had to go elsewhere to retrieve the refund without instructions. There are no refund instructions on the Jersey Mikes website. I paid a $5 delivery fee for a bag of chips. I contacted Jersey Mikes customer service and was forwarded back to the franchise without response or resolution. Needless to say I will not return to this location. Such a shame.

Robin was in the store when I walked in she was polite and acknowledging, she made my sandwich and rung me up, also. When I got home and opened my sandwich, I could taste the love!!! My sandwich was perfect!!! She was so nice. I will definitely be back again.

The first time we don't thrm exactly how we wanted our sandwich , they didn't do it lol so we dint mind , then we went again exlaind again what we wanted and again they didn't deliver, plus they cut the sandwich in 4s , I told thrm please cit it once , it came to the table cut on 4 , so I'm not going to this location ever again

I ordered a BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomatoes) mini sub. The girl asked what else I wanted on it, and I said mayo... Opened my sandwich back at work and it's ONLY bacon and mayo. When I contacted the store, they said I only asked for mayo. So, a BLT isn't a BLT at this place? 1st and last time eating at any Jersey Mike's
