This is a great location! I am not sure who the Manager on duty was or who assisted us but we had a great experience! I order online all the time and I Door Dash as a side job. This location kicks ass! Always on point! Thanks for being awesome team!

4/26/25 - today our experience at Jersey Mike was amazing. Donna was on the grill and our sandwiches was so good. I had a number 43 with no onions and we ordered a spicy Italian chicken breast sandwich. When I tell you these sandwiches blew us away they did an amazing job today and we just wanted to give them their accolades. Our food was fresh hot and we were pleased. If you are walking to Jersey Mike’s on Riverside Drive in Macon Georgia make sure that Donna is on the grill because it’s gonna be perfect! The staff On duty at the time was fast efficient and pleasant. There was a line initially but they were able To continue to provide an excellent level of service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Several years ago, this was a great place. I don’t know what has happened, but this last visit was horrible. They couldn’t make the salads correctly. And then they put ranch on one salad that I did not want it on and I asked them to take it off well all they did was throw the lettuce off to the side still left ranch on the salad. And both the salads tasted horrible. Not fresh. Service was bad. Food is bad. Do not recommend. I wonder if this is a corporate store, or locally owned franchise. If I were the owner, I would be ashamed. Hopefully one day they can bring it back to where it used to be.

Me and my wife just got some subs from there. It was our first time eating there but the service all the way down to the taste of the subs were definitely better than any subway in Macon or Warner robins. The employees there actually care about making the customers happy and it shows in their subs. Definitely will be back.

Always good never had any complaints. Cheese rosemary bread is really delish. Great for cold subs and one of the best cheese steaks.

I had an exceptional experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who smiled, made eye contact, and genuinely made me feel welcome. They were pleasant and attentive, patiently answering all my questions about the menu. The food was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I hoped for. I’ll definitely be returning soon and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great subs and outstanding customer service!
The Manger that is called B was extremely rude. When asked for her info she refused she ran in the back and left NewNew to deal with me and B suppose to the Manger. But shout out to Shanna and Josh they were extremely helpful and apologized on her behalf. And to think this my bday meal. Smh

I usually order the Chicken Philly which is my favorite, it's delicious every time. Today I ordered the pastrami which was not especially great, too dry. However, I mainly came here to write this review because of one of the employees in particular. Her name was either Nae or Shanae and she was working everywhere! She was working at the register, she was working the grill, she was helping with mobile pickup. The whole time she was pleasant. All this with a full shop and a line. I was really impressed by how many duties she maintained and was still managing to keep a smile on her face. She really deserves recognition!! Thank you!
