All worker was very unprofessionalThe person at the register I guess want a tip so she didn’t hand me my food ?then one girl use the cleaning rag and wipe down the area where they fix the food with that nasty rag .Will not come back to this one .

Found some sort of clear thin plastic strips in my sandwich. I am positive that it was not meat casing as it was not attached to the meat and was difficult to break apart. I noticed them as I was trying to chew and something felt odd.

Although the subs are good.. I am horrified at the actions of the employees. After seeing them NOT changing gloves after handling money and making food with the same gloves is gross. Another time gloves were on and ear pods was removed from employee’s ear and he then proceeded to make subs.. with the same gloves on!??? I have had to request gloves to be changed before handling food on more than one occasion . The cross contamination of germs is not something they care about here.

LOVE jersey mike’s! I usually order doordash to my job but I have also visited the store on a couple of occasions and i’ve never had anything less than a great experience. THANK YOU!!!
They do have the market cornered on subs; however, the price was not for ME affordable. $50.00 for 3 people. I feel like for that price those subs should at least wash my car or something.But to be fair we each got at least two meals out of them because they were really meaty!

Highly disappointed. I ordered a #6 tonight only to find out an hour after they closed they gave me a #8 without bacon!! I love this place but lately they have been slacking tremendously.

I read today where someone taste tested different subs from Jersey Mikes and the Club with cherry relish was THE best. So I ordered a Club on white bread with cherry relish and it was the BEST sub….it really was.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is I love the subs. But the service is beyond pathetic. I counted seven people standing around doing nothing. One grill person was cooking one sandwich at a time. I waited in line and then another 15 minutes in one sandwich.
