They don't wear hair nets the guy dreads was touching the bread and the guy that take orders speaks very low and I found a net them lil flies in the bread. They also talk over the food and laugh and joke over the food with no mask. Would never go back not at this location.

This location sucks. Not only do they cut the open sign off and start closing up an hour earlier than their actual closing time, but the employees make you feel like you're an inconvenience for making them do their jobs. God forbid you make a change to the order such as no tomatoes, because they'll put them on there anyways. Just a poor experience all around. Would rate 0 stars if I could

the staff is rude, they give you an option to pay cash on the website, but when up show up with cash they won't take it, my order was wrong and an item was missing when I called back about it they did not offer to fix it and hung up on me....I will never order from there again...so happy Jersey Mike's opened on Zebulon road
This Jimmy John’s location is always on point! The staff is super friendly, efficient, and they keep the place clean and welcoming. Every time I stop in, I’m greeted with a smile and my order is ready in no time. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, and they never skimp on the ingredients. You can tell this team takes pride in their work—it really shows in the quality and service. Definitely one of the best-run Jimmy John’s locations I’ve been to!

My husband and I went to the Jimmy John’s on Forsyth Rd one night last week very near closing time. I want to give a shout out to Gary who prepared our order. His customer service grade is an A+++++. Very friendly yet professional. The young lady taking the orders and working the cash register was nice also but we could tell she was a new employee because she had to ask a lot of questions. Gary very nicely helped her all the while interacting with us. In addition to his friendliness he made me the best lettuce wrap sandwich I’ve ever had from there. It stayed together well and was done exactly as I ordered it. You better hold on to Gary - he’s a great ambassador for your business!

Jimmy John’s has great quality ingredients, but the staff at this location can’t seem to put them together to order. I’ve given them chance after chance, and something is always wrong with my order.

You close at 9 but close the dining area at 5. We place a pickup order to be brought out to the car and you refuse to walk it out here. Had to go in after a 30 minute wait for a single sandwich. Wow.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, order taker talking to other worker.
Got to office and BOTH sandwiches were wrong.
Called, spoke to manager, she said would have to go back right then-I could not leave work again.
Paid for nothing today, will not go back.

It's a NO for us! Firstly, customer service is terrible. Training, training, training!!! It was our first time so we didn't know how it operates as far as ordering sandwiches because Jersey Mike's is outstanding and has a specific order (orderly) so we thought this would be somewhat on the same level. It was underwhelming. My wife ordered and told the girl what she didn't want on her Sandwich but evidently she didn't listen. Well, I wanted specific things on mine..I'm allergic to tomatoes and other things so I ended up asking for specific items but she had already rung us up so she had to write it on the receipt. JUST means those are the only things I want on the sandwich not in addition to. I don't know why the whole of Macon doesn't understand the word JUST and ONLY but dictionaries are still a thing. At this point my wife realized that the girl didn't ring up her sandwich with what she wanted and she told her she didn't want certain things but she wanted others. JUST and ONLY!!! Both sandwiches were incorrect then this is what they looked like (image of what looks like a hotdog bun which was unexpected)..a whole joke. I JUST wanted a refund after that. When I picked up the sandwiches from the guy that called out our order...he called me a sir which isn't a big deal except that I'm going to need you to look at your customers a little better. Just like all Black people don't look alike and we're Black (he's BLACK), all gay women don't look, speak, sound, act or want to be called sir. Pay attention to your customers and you wouldn't look foolish. If easily confused, don't say ma'am or sir. This could be ignorance or lack of training ..maybe both. Additionally, besides the two people making the actual sandwiches, everyone was on their phone.
Maybe if this wasn't the case ..they would 1. Get the order correct and 2. Know I was a female. Who knows?! It was our first and last time. Train your employees better. Customer service is still important and you all lack in many areas but definitely zero stars on customer service. It was offered for our sandwiches to be remade but we passed on that and headed on to Jersey Mike's where customer service and the food is chefs kiss. The whole vibe of this place is trash. Do yourself a favor, skip this place and get you a real sandwich. This whole ordeal annoyed me. If we would have looked at their score which is an 88B...we would have walked out in the first place.

Checked in with the manager for my online order, Waited 25 minutes in store for my order, standing right in front of the employees the entire time, still Got forgotten about and skipped by multiple people. Manager just stood around doing bare minimum, couldn’t bother to do actual work, brought in another employee just to make my sandwich, couldn’t make it herself heaven forbid. sandwich was messy and missing ingredients.
Piss Poor leadership and poor sandwich execution.

Jimmy John’s is usually my favorite place to grab a veggie sandwich. But this time it was really disappointing. I was really craving for their veggie sandwich and I ordered it online. Clearly said no tomatoes, extra mayo, added onions and their special peppers. But to my disappointment, when I opened the sandwich, all I could see was lettuce and cheese, hardly any avocado, or any onions or peppers. I took a regular size and I saw literally 3-4 pieces of peppers and onions on it. No extra mayo at all!! I paid about $7 for lettuce and cheese sandwich. I will think twice before ordering online from this store again. Can’t blindly trust it will meet the expectations. May be going in store and personally purchasing will make a difference in making of the sandwich, not sure. The 2 stars is just because it used to be my favorite place.
