Came here for the picklewich but was told Jimmy John ain’t doing that no more so I tried an “unwich” and it was horrible. It was Disgusting with a capital D and literally was just overpriced lettuce and barely any meat or cheese. I paid like $15 for some LETTUCE. The staff was nice it’s not their fault but I was super dissatisfied and handled my disappointment well but I will never step foot in another Jimmy John’s again unless yall bring the picklewich back. I’m so angry at Jimmy John like why would you make something so good that was doing well and then take it away for no reason. BRING IT BACK !! Some of us can’t eat bread and need more than lettuce.

Went on Saturday Nov 9th around 1pm. Two guys working and around 8 people waiting on food when I walked in. Both guys would not stay off phones and both taking their time to make orders. I waiting for 20 mins and still no food. I finally got so mad cause they would not stay off phones and worry about their customers I walked out without any food and refund cause I needed to get to hospital to see someone. I will never again go to this location and lose money . This location should be closed down.

This location is by far the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to! The young man that took our order acted like he couldn't speak, then when he finished taking our order, he didn't even wash his hands before making our sandwiches! In fact none of the employees washed their hands! There was a girl with a pink cast sitting in a chair at the prep island playing on her phone, and when someone else walked in, she sat in the aforementioned chair to take their order. The older man was slow, but was ok at his job of wrapping the sandwiches. They got my order wrong and acted like it was an inconvenience when they had to fix it. The girl in the cast even acted like she was about to pass out while making sandwiches! They were super slow and sloppy... my 6 and 9 year old nephews could have done a faster, cleaner, and more accurate job! Owner, if you're reading this, you need some new employees fast, before the ones you have run your business into the ground!

I came in and the girl on night shift was so rude, she was on the phone. I’m very unsatisfied with the service and feel it’s no one else’s problem you don’t want to work it’s your job to have good service skills.

By far the worst sandwich I've ever had. They didn't even include all the ingredients that came with it nor did they do as I asked. The taste was marginal at best and some of the meat tasted a bit old. This, I admit, is not the JJ's standard but I will not return to this location.

Every time I come here my order is always wrong. Today I ordered two giant sandwiches for pickup and didn’t get any meat on either of my sandwiches. Basically paid $35 for cheese sandwiches which is a bit ridiculous.

30 minutes after I ordered delivery, they called and said that they do not have the means to deliver. Summer Sem. Finals and we are just trying to get things done and not waste time. Jimmy failed. The current time is 4:47pm. Notice picture.
Delivery driver snuck past me waiting outside entrance to hospital. Had to call to find food. Other then me being in the wrong spot everything was perfect. Whomever I talked to on the phone was cordial and nice. 5 stars all the way.
