I have ordered from this Jimmy John’s regularly for a few months now. I have never had issues here before with the food, staff, and always speak very highly of them. However, today was a different experience. I placed an online order that totaled around $50. When I got there, they proceeded to hand me my food. We double checked our order at a table and noticed that a pickle we had ordered wasn’t in the box of food we were given. We went to the counter and asked the lady if it was in there, very nicely if I must add. The lady gave us such a horrible attitude and a disgusting face over us asking something that WE paid for. She then turns to her coworker and makes a smart remark to her, asking if the pickle was in there, and when the other woman comments back, the lady states she was “just joking”. Once again- super uncalled for to talk to PAYING customers the way she did. We leave without saying anything and hope it’s actually in the box. Fast forward to opening all of our food, the pickle was not in there. This review isn’t so much about the pickle, but more so of the employees’ unprofessionalism & bad attitude. I wouldn’t want someone like her working for me if she treats everyone the way I had to experience her attitude today. We all have bad days, but this is your job. I hope I have a different experience if I choose to come back to eat here, and hope her day gets better.

JJ's across from the children's hospital is good food, good customer service, and quick! Would recommend?Kid-friendliness: Super nice to my grandson. We stopped after his heart appt, and it seemed they were especially good with him. (Even if he did have his video up a bit too loudly.

These guys skimp on the meat unlike any other johns I’ve been toIn response to the JJ reply:Why do I not feel this way about other franchises? I have weighed your sandwiches and compared to the nutrition guide on the JJ corporate website they are under. There are other people who agree with me. I have complained to corporate several times but they don’t care. I just have to drive across town to get a good sandwich instead.

The food was great and it didn't take very long to order and get my items and the attitudes of employers were normal! But there was lettuce and tomatoes all over the floor and counters of the work station and areas and out where customers can sit on tables! The store has no customers and no one was even trying to or didn't look worried about getting any of it up or cleaning while standing around doing nothing or on phones! I've worked at this place before and know store and company policies and procedures and if corporate would see it like that if they walked in would fire entire store and start from scratch! Very disappointing on the cleanliness of the place especially seeing how they are right across the street from an big hospital and down the road from one or two more with tons of medical offices of all kinds in the immediate area as well! You would think when working in an area like that seeing how it's an high risk that those employees are doctors and things can come in after being exposed to God knows what that out of anything that cleanliness would be their very top priority seeing how in that situation I would be thinking about the customers health but more than that I would be thinking about my health and well-being as well!Vegetarian options: You can completely customize everything on menu yourself if you like so rather you do or don't want meat or cheeses it doesn't matter because it's all to your custom order anyway!Parking: You would have to park in an paid parking garage then walk out of which ever garage you were able to get in then walk in an very busy pedestrian and vehicle area to get to the place!Kid-friendliness: It's in an street, pedestrian, Business, hospital, medical offices, and veggie cle high traffic area right across the street from an huge hospital with people coming from there to get food so to me not an good place for children due to all germs that could be carried in the facility!Wheelchair accessibility: Getting from the parking decks to the store would be a little tiring and difficult with an wheel chair and tiring! But the entrance is wheelchair accessible and the few tables in the store to sit at can have seat removed so a person in an wheel chair can come up to table and eat!

This Jimmy Johns is pitiful. We have been here numerous times and I can't tell you how many times this has happened...we consistently order a "Turkey Tom" for our 4 year old. It's a plain turkey sandwich that we add cheese and mayo to. I have never seen such a pitiful sandwich in my life. Literally 2 pieces of turkey that have been torn up and put on bread. There is more cheese and bread than anything. $7.60 for nothing...our 4 year old commented that he didn't have "enough sandwich".

I ordered a sandwich & it was an hour late, so I called the store. Haley, the manager, explained how they were short on drivers, apologized, & offered to give me a refund AND a free meal next time. I took her on her word & called the next day. She gave me a free meal & had it delivered to my work at no additional charge. No business is perfect & some days are going to be more difficult due to less staffing. However, it's how a manager addresses it to the customer that really matters. Thanks to Haley, I'll continue to order lunch from here in the future :)

Sub was very good. Service for order taking was friendly and quick. Making the sub was quick. Service for when the sub was done was lacking. They called out the menus item number rather than making eye contact or saying sir your order is ready. I really didn't pay attention to the menu item number. I got my food it was good and I'll probably be back. Then the place got busy and I was wondering with that system if three people ordered a 7 it's not a good way to call finished orders.Parking: We had to walk a block.

I just experienced the worst service from this location. I placed my online order at 12:26pm and as of 2:15pm, I still didn't have my sandwich. I called multiple times and was told they were short on drivers. Understandable. After another 30 minutes, I called back and requested a fresh sandwich because my original sandwich has been sitting there for over an hour and I didn't want my bread soggy. The manager, Cray obliged. 45 minutes later, I called back again to cancel my order and was told by Cray that my sandwich was still there. When I asked why, I was told, "It might be because there's no tip on it and the driver didn't pick it up. I haven't seen this done personally, but I have heard some employees talk about drivers picking and choosing which orders they deliver." This is unacceptable! I then stated, "How does your driver know I wasn't going to tip with cash?? And, whether I tipped or not, your driver is on the clock to deliver sandwiches, whether a tip is included, or not!" I was given a credit by Cray, but that doesn't negate the fact that I waited almost 2 hours for a sandwich that never left the restaurant. This is bad for business.****As I'm typing this review, my sandwich was delivered....2 hours and 15 minutes later.*****I attempted to eat my sandwich. And, it was the same old sandwich I asked him to remake. My bread was indeed, soggy!! So, I still went without lunch. This is the worst service I have received in a long time.

Freaky slow. Last 2 times I’ve gone there, I’ve only had a couple minutes to eat by the time I received my food, one of the times only leaving because I switched my pickle I ordered for chips so I could actually have a chance to eat. Horrible for anyone on a time crunch.

I ordered a #8 Billy Club, turkey and roast beef. I added pickles, peppers, oil and vinegar. Sandwich was prepared fast and I left. When I took my sandwich out to eat it, it had lettuce, pickles, peppers, oil and vinegar but NO MEAT. SMH
