Asked a friend about this place and he did not like it. Decided to find out for myself. The customer service is horrible. Staff act as if you're doing them a favor by eating there. From my first interaction I could tell that "somebody" didn't want to come to work today. The food was slightly above decent, and my order was so wrong that I didn't even bother sending it back. Think I'll avoid Spring Street as a whole. Looked like the floor hadn't been swept since the place was Pizza Hut. A total waste of time and money.

customer service has gone completely extinct I believe... the man who is the manager literally watched me wait at the register no hey no how you doing nothing mind you I already paid online for a pickup order just to wait 20 minutes for them to finally bring our food employees were extremely rude I had to say hey like 2x before they even said a word but what should I expect they put places like this in the hood where they know they treat us any kinda way just for us to spend money not me that'll be the last time I shop at this spring st location

The food here is awesome! It's always served hot and fresh. The fries, fish and chicken wings are on point! I ordered the catfish nuggets and shrimp and it was plentiful and delicious! Customer service is friendly and professional.

Ordered an 8 pc. Jalapeno popper, took 30+ minutes for them to realize that they made the order input wrong. Made me pay for a jalapeno PEPPER instead and wanted me to pay for their mistake. Staff is too busy on phone.

I had an excellent experience with Ashanti at JJ’s Fish! Her customer service was exceptional — she was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt welcomed.
