Been there 2 times during lunch rush. Both times pretty busy. Came in today and took forever to get someone to take our order/drinks. Woman working the cash register asked a server to take our orders as we've been there. She said just a min, and then took the drinks of some other couple that was at least 4 or 5 people behind us (old couple gave up their seat so they could sit there, and old couple was like next in wait behind us). Finally got an order in and got the double v burger, but it was a complete joke when got to the table. Bun was big and the burger patties were very small in diameter. So much room on the buns that you can put the patties side by side instead of on top of each other to actually fill out the bun. So the double v burger is just basically a single if you want the patties to cover the actual bun its served on. Got the chili fries as the side and they were ok but the portion was very small. You instead just get the reg fries and the load you up but was very surprised by how little you got when chili cheese on top. And the cheese was just a literal slice of american cheese.And don't even think about getting a refill once they drop the drinks off. Oh and I forgot to mention that the table was nasty as F when we sat down bc there was no other seats. I actually had to wipe the table off, which isn't too big of a deal but damn they need to at least give out refills and keep the tables clean. Maybe even have the owner or manager come in and work during the busiest of times. If we wouldn't have gotten any seating, we would have definitely left and not waited another 5 mins or so to maybe get a table.At least the price wasn't bad, 2 meals under $20. And a few of the servers were very friendly and nice.

The first time visiting and went to the drive-thru and ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a drink. Was very pleased with my order, well portioned.
Excellent burger and fries, friendly service in a no-frills restaurant. Southern options too like Gravy Burger, grits with all breakfasts.
