Usually get bad service and I keep trying. The pot pie was dried out, the chicken was not fresh. This is my 3rd try, I'm done with KFC

Everytime I order online I'm told to pull into a parking space and wait as I watch the drive thru get emptied. I order my food in advance wait the recommended time which is normally 15 mins after only to then I wind up waiting a additional 20 mins. Food is always good but the service is terrible.
11/01/25Just left again this place is absolute garbage, person in the drive thru had an attitude because an online order and once again they didn't have the food the ready and qas mad like its our fault. Shut this location because they're absolutely useless. We just left and hope to get a refund. They never have thr food and claim they habe to drop it. How it that a chicken resturant nevwr has chicken ready!

I did an online order and scheduled ahead to pick up. When I got to the location a few minutes after my order was supposed to be ready I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes for the chicken I had ordered online and scheduled ahead. Why would you offer a service to pick up and scheduled ahead ahead of the food is not going to be ready when I arrive after the scheduled pick up time? It doesn’t make sense.

When you go to this place at night, they take the longest answering the drive-through because they be sitting down in the dining room area then they get a attitude with you when they do come to the intercom and tell you that they don’t have any chicken and you got to get what chicken that they have They reminded me of Krystal’s at this point.

I would give a zero. How is it you are a chicken place and not have any crispy chicken before 7pm and they dont close til 10:30pm.i ordered my food on doordash around 6:15. My dasher calls me to tell me they didnt have any crispy chicken and the manager just alllows this to happen because they dasher was trying to get the manager on the phone and whomever the manager was didnt have a carw in the world. I am not very pleased with this situation i had to work without food because i have to wait for my refund to go through
