I placed an order in the drive thru, she did not ring me up correctly so i went inside to let her know as no one was at the window anymore. When i went inside, I had trouble understanding Team Leader Deborah, because she was wearing a face mask. I am profoundly deaf with a cochlear implant, so I let her know I was having trouble hearing what she was saying. The whole time, she was being condescending and rude with a bad attitude. I took off my cochlear implant and showed her that i truly cannot understand her. and she started being nicer but still sarcastic. She did this in front of multiple customers and workers, leaving me feeling humiliated as a paying customer. This occured at 5:23 pm on 11/27/25. Completely uncalled for.
