I have had two bad experiences at this place back to back. Highly recommend skipping this one and finding something else. The manager has no people skills and is rude and obnoxious as can be. Gave them a second change just to have another bad taste left in my mouth. Both times I didn't even get food it was so bad. I'm telling you take your business else where.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS KFC IF I HAVE TO DRIVE 50 MILES THE FOOD IS DECENT BUT THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE HAVE NO EARTHLY CONCEPT OF SERVICE AND DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW TO ACCEPT ONLINE ORDERS AND CHECK YOUR BAGS THEY WANT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED ONLINE AND WANT TO ARGUE WITH YOU OFF THE TOP ABOUT IT I FEEL BAD FOR THEM AT THIS LOCATION THERE DAYS ARE NUMBERED OH AND ARGUING IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS I WAS JUST SHOCKED THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE NO NO JUST A VERY SAD SITUATION ALL THE WAY -5 STARS

I watch a man walk in with a box of chicken and said his order was wrong.The heavy set lady took the chicken out his box and put it with the chicken to serve in stead of throwing it away. .Just nasty.Cause that man got out his truck to bring it in and she don’t know if he touched.spit, or cough on it but she put it with the chicken to be served.I will never every go back to this kfc again.And I also will never do drive thru cause I need to see and you don’t catch things like this in drive thru.Be mindful when stoping here.

How do you manage to mess up the Famous bowl and forget the most IMPORANT PART of the bowl itself? The chicken? Whoever said double check your order at this location is absolutely right. You won't ever have to worry about me double checking my order here cuz Im never eating at this location ever again. TWICE they messed up my order. There will not be a 3rd. This locations should be shut down and everyone working here should lose their jobs ASAP!

Double check your orders because they don't care if they mess up your order and leave things out. I called to talk about what was missing. No employee should say so what do you want me to do about it? That's simply wrong. It would have been nice to say when are you available to come back and pick up said missing things. That was only offered after I said they had poor customer service. Looks like I'll stay with Chic-fil -a from now on.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dirty kitchen, couldn’t get order correct, employees high AF, sat in drive thru for 6 minutes with no answer. Rude lady at drive thru, stay far away.

Was told twice, once at order board and again 30 min later at the window that it will be a 25 min wait on chicken. Employee stationed at drive thru was distracted due to chatting and laughing , closed the window in my 79 yr old dad's face while he was talking to her three diff times in his attempt to still place a food order. After the near hour wait we were cut short when we tried to pay with a $100 bill. I feel given the terrible service, the fact someone dropped the ball in the kitchen that there would be some attempt to be agreeable but hell no. We left with no food. Didn't have anything smaller than $100. Worst KFC experience ever!!!

Just watched Daym Drops video and his wings had plenty of sauce. I get my wings and they in a box dry. Very dry. The little tiny Mac n cheese was very small. Really tiny no sauce wings.
