I visited this location on 1/30/24. The owners of this restaurant need to know that for at least the last 45 minutes this restaurant is open, the people who "work" there refuse to take customers' orders. They just hang out and get paid for it. The restaurant isn't making any money during that time, and is losing money because people are being paid just to hang out and refuse to take orders for food.

I understand I ordered the 2 for $5 chicken wrappers but I said I wanted it spicy with the Mac and cheese, and I ordered the the classic, both of the wraps were wrong and one of the wraps was cold and the other one was like it was sitting under the light , it wasn't fresh at all and I'm scared to eat it and don't feel like getting back out so that's why they're getting this bad review because the food should have been fresh the only thing that was right was the cup of ice SMH I won't be coming back to this place again....

No body wanted to take our order the one who suppose to took our order stayed on his phone then one girl go say ain't taken no order.Very unprofessional And then the manager with the mess up 2pcs wig ain't make it no better.Yall have really lost a good customer.

Went through drive thru ordered by the time i got to the window the cashier Philnesha was super nice! She handed me my food and drink so fast didnt even wait 2 minutes!

So this is how kfc serves your meal if you eat in their lobby . No box,no plate just throw the food on a wiped off food tray and say here you go. I ask so no box no plate just here it is. He said yeah that’s how she told me to do it. I told him I wanted a box After I explain to him what a box was he did get a box but??? We all know how sanitized the plastic food tray are NOT. I will add he did prepare the food with no hand protection but did use tongs. Everyone there at the time I was served should be FIRED!!

This place never has anything ! I stopped by here two days straight but left with nothing. No chicken! No biscuits! 50 minute wait really? Like what else is it to order? Management sucks so bad at this establishment. If the owner only knew how much money they’re missing out on.
On 7/7 @320pm I received my order and it was the 26.99$ fill up. The chicken was to salty along with the fries and I did not get my nuggets. Nor did I get a receipt.

A place that closes at 10:00 pm, when I arrived at 9:00 pm they had already cleaned everything and they had NOTHING for food service, they must select the staff better, since they were practically hidden so that nobody asked for service, there are people with needs, these people practically continue to charge without any type of service,
